Meanwhile, Victor had chosen to tackle Neuro and Necrozma since the others had too much on their plates.
"Why don’t you just surrender and let me research? It'll be much, much easier. I've also got a prisoner to encourage you." Neuro said coldly, revealing an unconscious prisoner with the moon flute.
"LAURA YOU GIVE HER BACK YOU FOOL!" Victor shouted, letting out his entire team from their Pokeballs. They were worn-down by battling, but still with a decent amount of health and (thankfully) no Status. Blaze had transformed into VBlaze, and was growling with his trainer.
Neuro sent out his Serperior, and Delphox to battle. "We also managed to get the Lunala from the summon item." He said, to Victor's dismay. Dawn Wings Necrozma entered the chamber, and growled.
He had proven too much last time... what can I do now? Ray... he's the only solution. Victor thought desperately, making his emerald glow green. Soon, Rayquaza entered the building through a large window.
"Finally decided to call me to tackle that black prism. Are we going Mega?" Ray asked. Victor nodded. "No one could defeat that Necrozma before. I need to find a way..." Wait... it’s unethical, but I could use a Rocketball. "Ray, please battle Necrozma, I've got something to find." Victor said, sprinting out of the room.
He noticed Tiger, Drew and the others, but had eyes for no one, but a random grunt nearby. "Give me an EMPTY Rocketball or I'll make sure it’s your last day alive." The trainer growled with a newfound flame. The grunt whimpered, and dropped a Rocketball from his hand.
The walls of the chamber where Neuro was broke, and Mega Rayquaza and Ultra Necrozma rushed out, battling, evenly matched.
(Sorry for the super long post, but I figured out wrapping up the subplot in one or two huge posts will be better than waiting around due to the time zones.

Tiger walked back into the cellar and noticed Victor run out of the room. He was going to follow, but decided against it when his shoulder burned him once more. He went back into the cellar and waved at Jamie weakly. Cyndaquil looked up and ran over to Tiger.

Mel had simply allowed herself to be pulled along. She honestly wasn't too sure where she even was at current time, but the sound of fighting was audible, so at least she was still in the base, right?

Tiger glanced over to Mel and forced himself to smile as his shoulder bothered him. "Are you alright?" He asked, "you seem, distracted." He asked gently.

"Yeah," Mel grinned, tearing her gaze away from a wall to look over at Tiger. "I'm good. I should be asking you that. How's your shoulder? There's probably some kind of cream in this place.."

Tiger blinked and glanced at his bandaged shoulder, a small bit of blood stained the bandages and he awkwardly tried to cover the spot. "I'll be fine. I mean it burns now, but it'll heal, and I'll survive." He said in an attempt to reassure her.

"He has my summon item and worked hard for it." Necrozma growled, dodging the extreme speed, and using photon geyser. Ray dodged, but the move flew towards Victor, who was almost hit with the move, but VBlaze took the move just in time. The move took away all of Blaze's HP.
"BLAZE, WHY did you do that?" Victor shouted dismally, bending down to tend for the collapsed Typhlosion. Neuro walked towards the duo, a Rocketball in hand. He had left an unconscious Laura inside the ruined chamber. Victor could not think of anything other than Blaze at the moment. He was mindlessly holding the Rocketball he had obtained from the grunt.
"Surrender now, and you'll have a comfortable time at the lab."
"No. Never." Victor said, dazed.
Shine realised Neuro had left Laura's side, and sped inside the chamber to save the girl.
"MOVE, YOU FOOL! BLAZE IS NOT DEAD! HE'LL BE FINE!" Ray shouted after being hit by moongeist beam from Necrozma.

Victor's other Pokemon arrived on the scene after defeating Neuro's Serperior and Delphox.
Scarlet used Psyshock on Neuro, slamming the Electron Admin into one of the walls, which promptly broke down.
"Sheesh... he must’ve broken a few bones...Now's the chance!" The braixen said calmly, trying to encourage his trainer. "I'll take care of Blaze, you see to that Necrozma. Shine saved Laura and the moon flute."
Victor nodded, trying to get his act together. Let's end this commotion... things may turn out well. Things WILL turn out well. The trainer thought grimly, clutching the Rocketball. Ray landed near the trainer.
"I think you need a flight." The Mega Rayquaza said. Victor climbed on, and Ray soared as high as he could.
"Sorry, Necrozma, But there's no other way for the time being." Victor said quietly, and threw the Rocketball on the legendary Pokemon.
The Rocketball beeped once... twice... and then the beeping stopped, indicating a successful capture.

Toka nodded and finally cracked a calm smile at Kibo before lifting Soren up by his arms and quite literally throwing him onto her back. She followed him into the cellar, the indication of injury on her being nothing but an electrical burn on her arm.

"We brought someone with us," Toka grabbed Soren's arm and waved it. Mira giggled.
"Well, that's good. Are we good? Can we go?"

She cracked an amused smile and went to call him before her dex died. She shrugged and slipped it back into her bag in favor of looking at the dragons. Toka was walking closely to Kibo and was giving an effort to warm his tail up by wrapping her own around his.

"Are you behind this agai-" The officer began and went straight for Snow when Tiger pushed the officer back.
"Snow is innocent he helped us stop this idiot." He began and nodded to Toka who still had Soren on her back. "From destroying Johto, if you so much as try and arrest Snow under false pretenses you'll have to go through me." He said evenly. Raikou growled his agreement, and the Silver Wing seemed to shine as if Lugia agreed.
The officer narrowed his eyes and nodded. "Very well, Tiger. Take care." He said evenly, and took Soren from Toka, more officers went into the building.
Tiger sighed in relief at how easily that went, he glanced at Snow, who still looked cautious and afraid of the officers.
Kibo blinked and glanced at Toka. He smiled and gently leaned against her as he began to feel tired. Some of the ice melted away and he managed to wrap his tail with Toka's "Thanks for covering me in that fight." He said gently.
