History:
After the events in Kalos, Colin has forgiven Mira (and vice versa). He spent time on Two Island with Bill, learning about technology and coding. After being kidnapped and prosecuted for his skills, he was brainwashed into being an Electron grunt and only remembers Mira and his hatred for her.

Looks/wears: He is about five foot seven with gold eyes, and spikey golden hair. He has slightly tan skin. He wears a red shirt with a black vest and a blue bandanna is tied to his right shoulder, there's a keystone on the bandanna and he rarely uses it. He has gray shoes, and a brown bag with a Charizard pin attached to it. He has all eight Johto badges pinned to his bag as well

Special ability: Aura, perfect sync with Lucario and his other Pokemon.
History: Wesley grew up with his Riolu at a young age, after getting into constant scuffles with Team Fusion, he trained with his Riolu, sparring, brawls, etc. Eventually after Team Fusion failed to steal Riolu countless times, they gave up. The bond that Riolu and Wesley experienced caused Riolu to evolve, once Wesley moved away from home, striving to help those in need. Now, he faces the threat in Johto, Team Electron. With the newly acquired Pokemon that he obtained on the way to Johto, he marks a new chapter in his legacy.
