Looks/wears: Jude has a pretty common build for others in his age. He has dark blue eyes and blonde fancy hair with a single black streak on it. When hes not wearing the Team Electron admin uniform, he is wearing dark fancy casual clothing. He is always wearing a pendant with his Red Lunar Wing on it.

History: Um, he was born in sinnoh and as soon as he got his first pokemon, he ran away from home to explore the world. all his pokemon but his absol were taken away by team Rocket during his trip to Kanto. He has just gotten to Johoto from Kanto to help these heroes.
