"Andy, that isn't helping!", Lou said with a quick glare at
him, but ended up smiling, a little amused. "Alright, but you
have been warned, Kace", she then continued and took his hand.
"Well, I can't dance with Elin. Might as well dance with the
prettiest girl in the room." Kace winks as he pulls her to her
feet. Elin narrows his gaze at Lou, as if trying to decide whether
she'll actually do it.
Instead of responding Andy just stuck his tongue out at Lou- One
day, she might as well be thankful. Who knows? Andy doesn't really
know how relationships work but this is possibly a good step for
these two? He just wants everybody to be happy, That's all there is
to it... And Elin doesn't look happy- Oh God, Was he angry that
with this dare Andy possibly made Kace nervous or something along
those lines? Kace didn't seemed embarrassed or anything but Andy
doesn't know him, maybe he is just really great at hiding emotions?
For a moment, Lou just stood there, holding Kaces hand and
basically being her awkward self while her brain was working hard
to find a possible comeback to Kaces flirt and failing at that
exact task.
She only realized how short she was in comparison to Kace now,
which wasn't exactly helping the awkwardness.
She leaned a little bit closer to Kace and said "I really can't
dance though", just loud enough for him and no-one else to
hear.
Aqune was blowing a bubble with her gum when Kace made the flirty
comment, After he said it the bubble popped. She frowned but
chuckled at the same time.
"I'll show you. It's really not that hard. Follow my lead." Kace
says quietly back. He shifts his grip on her hand, nudging her
fingers into the right position, and holds his arm slightly to the
right of his body. His arm arm wraps around her waist, his height
actually adjusting to make it a bit easier for her.
Elin makes a 'tch' sound, as if disppointed, but says nothing.
Now Andy was regretting it- Many people teased him about it but he
was one of those people who turned away from the screen when
something romantic was happening. He admits that its child-like
behavior but he just couldn't help himself! Maybe he was
technically adult but his soul was pure as soul of small kid! He is
proud that he can still play with toys and not be ashamed! With
that, he started staring at the wall as its most interesting thing
in the room, looking away from the dancing couple.
I can basically smell Elin's jealousy and it's hilarious.
also, at this point Lou is probably literally just a walking blush,
pfft
Lou couldn't help but blush yet again when Kace put his arm around
her waist. For a moment, she felt safe. Protected. She could get
lost in that moment.
But then she realized that she was supposed to dance, and so, she
tried her best to follow Kace's steps. One after another, her eyes
on their feet to make sure she wouldn't step on his, but soon she
felt more confident and actually looked up from their feet.
Of course, this had to be followed by consequences - she somehow
managed to trip, probably over an invisible object that always show
up when you don't need them, and fell forwards.
Andy made the mistake of glancing over to Lou and Kane once he
heard Aqunes laugh. He let out a squeal that was reminiscent of
Squirrels and he quickly turned to stare at the wall again, his
face practically the living embodiment of a tomato "Of course
this had to happen! I am not even surprised... Man, If Elin is
going to rip me apart then honestly, i will not blame him. This was
far too over the line" He counted the seconds to know when the
minute is over and to announce that its time for somebody else to
take turn.. Or to drop this game possibly, Who knows what time is
it?
"Oops." Kace says, stopping her an inch from smashing into his
chest with a gentle hand on her stomach. "Well, I'm sure Elin wants
to lecture me on every single move I got wrong now. You were good,
though."
Elin doesn't seem amused, his gray eyes shimmering with something
slightly menacing. His gaze flicks to the clock on the wall for a
moment, which reads 8:47, before landing on Lou again.
Lou looked up to Kace as he stopped her fall. She smiled awkwardly.
"I'm sorry- I warned you", she said and tried her best not
to blush even more at his compliment. Somehow, she even succeeded
for once.
With a quick glance at the clock, she took a step backwards, away
from him. "Well, the minute is over. It's your turn now",
she said and let herself fall onto the couch again.
Kace takes his spot next to Elin, but before he can speak, a pale
hand rests itself on his leg. As if this is some soft of secret
signal, Kace smiles softly at Elin before turning back to the
others and saying. "Actually, I think it's time to settle down for
the night. You guys can do whatever, but I'll be sleeping."
Elin, on cue, stands up, bringing Ave with him as he walks away
without a word, Kace scrambling to follow. "Night!" He manages to
call over his shoulder before heading upstairs.
Andy quickly jumped up from his spot on the floor, Maybe little bit
too quickly. "Be right back!" He said and stormed off to the
kitchen- Well, This was painful. It's not like he is not happy for
them, He is! Maybe.. He doesn't know how romance works! For what he
knows there just might as well be nothing between them! Maybe he
shouldn't take it soo seriously... Like a call straight from the
heavens, he noticed the Pizza Box with some few last slices
remaining. He gobbled one slice in matter of seconds as if he was a
shredder. He will have to pray to Gods of Convenient Pizza later,
What was he even supposed to be doing in the kitchen? He doesn't
quite remember so he just returned back to the living room "Yup,
Good Night everybody! And if ya see any Ghosts then don't worry,
That's completly normal!"
Lee looks up from her perch in the darkest corner of the living
room and snorts. Turning her gaze downwards again, she mutters to
herself. "Elin, ever the quiet one about the stupidest things. It's
not like it's a big deal."
