"Wait!" In an instant, Andys laughter disappeared from his voice as
he reached out his arm to Rylie but it quickly fell limp to his
side again and he dropped his gaze. "He may have been the first one
to die but i am the one who pay for it..." He turned away and
stared at the doors, his shoulders shaking... "I-I will go get a
dr-Drin..Drink" He couldn't hold it back anymore, this was not a
stage so of course he wasn't prepared for that. Few short snorts
escaped his mouth but in next seconds it turned into full-on
wheezing.
"I recommend staying far, far away from Willow and her little band
of punks. Oh, and watch out for some of the dancers, they can be
incredibly serious about what they do, and get into fights the most
often." Kace replies, before Andy and Rylie's whole scene.
Andys wheeze came to the stop and was replaced with loud gulp
"Ouch.. Dancing and Fencing is a pretty similar thing so facing a
group of angry ballerinas could be someone's end." He sat on the
chair, half of his glass still full "And Willow? Could we ask for
more info about her, Sir?" Andy tried to push that comment about
Elin away but it... scared him.
"She's an artist, and so is most of her group, but she's plain
nasty. There's very few people that'll go against her, and that
list consists of me, Elin, Alias, and Chia." Kace shrugs. "Really,
she's not so fierce once you see someone almost half her size
tackle her to the ground. Now that was interesting fight."
"I see", Lou said quietly and once again watched the scene.
She didn't exactly know how to respond to what was happening just a
few moments ago, with Andy and Rylie, but she quickly shrugged it
off when Kace talked about Elin getting into a fight with someone.
"You care a lot about Elin, huh?", she asked and
successfully hid a little smile. "You two seem pretty
close."
Andy perked up at Lou's comment, his expression twisting into a
poker face. Did she just implied..? That was rather.. personal
question. But he had to admit, He was also curious- But just a
little. Andy couldn't blame Lou for thinking like that through....
Was kissing somebody on the cheek normal? Maybe in France... Is
Kace French? Or Elin maybe? He is pretty sure that Elin is British.
Well, That's beside the point.
In an attempt to make himself smaller, Andy slouched his posture
and bowed his head. Talking about relationships wasn't exactly his
favorite thing to do...
"Yeah, well. Someone had to take the job," Kace shrugs, "it just
happened to be me. I don't know when it happened really. Sometimes
I think I still don't know everything about him. Elin's...
different."
Different? For some reason, Andy felt that these words carried more
importance that it seemed... What did it even meant? Elin seems
like a private person but is that a reason to use such a strong
word?
Andy just nodded to show that he listened. Wait, No- He had to join
the conversation or else they will think he is spacing off. "How
did you two meet, If i can ask?" Talk about personal questions.
Andy wanted to slap himself.
"Through a, uh, friend. I think at some sort of diner in our last
year of middle school. I remember he kept looking at me like I was
crazy, whenever I said something about his MCR hoodie or blue hair
or whatever else." Kace replies. "I ended up with his phone number
after our first few meetings. It just escalated from there."
Lou looked even more interested when Kace mentioned MCR. "So
Elin likes My Chemical Romance?" she said as casually as
possible. Maybe I shouldn't change my alarm just yet, she
thought to herself in a joking manner. "So did he just give you his phone number at some point, or did
you ask for it?", she asked. She could easily imagine Kace to
actually ask for his phone number, but she didn't want to just
assume something.
"Yeah, well, neither of us really asked. I found it in my phone the
night after we met for the fifth or so time. I'm still not sure
when he figured out my password, or got my phone, but I didn't
question it. Or complain." Kace replies.
"And ya gained a Best Friend out of this small mystery! Why things
like that never happen to me..." It's not like Andy didn't had
friends- He had his own circle of Friends but they usually just
drifted apart by the time... He held good memories of them through.
"Speaking about phones, I think it would be a Good Idea for the
whole household to exchange numbers... Just so we can all like,
officially be Friends? And send Stupid Vines and Animal Pictures to
each other?"
Lou snickered at Andy's last comment. "I agree with Andy",
she said with a little smile. "But how could you forget to
mention memes and possible inside jokes?"
She glanced at Kace. "Or some first hand Behind the scenes of
the next big movie".
Andy huffed as if offended and accusingly pointed finger at Lou
"Darling, What do you take me for? It's not like i am all about
these stupid memes!" He placed his hand back at his knee and
smiled, tilting his head like a cat "They only make up fifty
percent of my personality. Plus everybody knows that Animal
Pictures are far superior! Am i right Kace?" He tuned his voice
down- It was like he was attempting to whisper but his naturally
loud voice betrayed him "Please back me up on this one, We can't
let this Meme Culture spread and eventually take over entire
generations... Again."
Lou smiled unusually bright. "Of course. I fully agree with you
however, animal pictures are far better", she said in a tune
that didn't exactly make it obvious if she was serious or not.
"I, for one, think vines are the best. But that's just me. Anyways,
I'll see what I can do about the 'behind the scenes' stuff. I'm
sure no one will mind if I make up something about showing budding
film students what the life is about." Kace winks.
"Wow, How dare you form your own opinions instead of blindly going
with the flow, Rude." Andy made sure to give the sentence just the
right dose of sarcasm- Sometimes he forgets about that and people
actually take him seriously. He cant have that. He glanced at the
clock, they still have some time... "While being uploaded on the
newest bloopers would be the best Christmas gift ever- Please, be
careful? Leaking things doesn't usually end well. You can get cough
and you will have companies breathing on your neck non stop..."
"Nah, my company's pretty chill. They usually let me take Elin and
Lee, so I'm sure a few more won't be a problem." Kace replies.
"Just as long as phones stay in pockets."
