"Sylveon?" Rose said suddenly, squealing with delight. "I've always
wanted one of those! Fairy-Types are my favorite kind of Pokemon!"
She calmly ignored Mel and Lucario's conversation.
Oh dear... Look, she might not be evil... Roy sent, studying
the game for a bit, then resuming, But keep an eye on her,
kay?
"I'll admit that Fairy-types are pretty. But fighting types are a
lot cooler." Mel said with a grin, praying that Rose hadn't heard
too much of the conversation.
Alright... Tiger sighed as he responded. He put his pokegear
in his pocket. "The others can watch after themselves.... I'm not
babysitting them" he mumbled lowly, and sighed. He decided against
going to find the others. Instead he walked out of the gym and
walked around the small town.
Mel nodded. "Yeah. I hope he's okay." She yawned. "Knowing him,
he's either wandering the town, or getting beat up by someone. We
should probably find him."
Lucario still looked slightly apprehensive but he nodded in
agreement.
"Fire types are about a hundred times better than any type
mentioned till now." Victor concluded. He was thinking of being
cautious around Rose, but not on the same degree as Tiger. He made
a mental note to keep Shine as far away from this girl as possible.
Tiger was still a ways from the others. He continued to look at
Mount. Silver. He then shook his head clear. "So with Bugsy away
for now we can't get our badge. What should we do?" Tiger asked
have Pokémon gently.
"We could go to Ilex Forest and explore." Cyndaquil
suggested quietly.
"Er... okay." Victor said, reviewing the situation. He decided not
to use Shine at any cost. "By the way, I have a name, and it’s
Victor. Nice to meet you."
“Go, Volt!” Victor commanded, deciding to test the waters with his
Raichu. Volt went to face Mimikyu.
“Is that a Pokémon wearing Pikachu dress?” Victor asked after
having a better look at Mimikyu.
"Sorta. Apparently Mimikyus want to be loved like Pikachus, so they
dress up like them. Nobody's ever seen what's underneath the
costume." Mel said, reading off her pokégear. "It's a fairy-ghost
type."
"Okay, Mimiking, start with Swords Dance!" Rose commanded as the
Mimikyu was cheerfully shambling about. Once the Mimikyu heard the
command, it immediately responded, sharpening its claws.
