Mel winced and took several steps back. She didn't plan on challenging any gyms (heck, she didn't even technically live in Johto!), but the gym leaders seemed a bit stronger than she first thought. She had training to do. "Uh. I'll stay and watch." She offered kindly, resting one arm on Lucario's shoulder.

The fighting-steel type glanced at her and shrugged, looking at the others again.

"Blaze, use Tackle and get onto Pidgey's back!" Victor commanded.
Blaze ran towards pidgey to use Tackle.

Pidgey was hit by tackle, he struggled to fly off.

Tiger healed his Pokemon and walked outside. He then climbed into a tree, and looked at Mount. Silver from r branch he stood on. Cyndaquil was on his head the Pokemon looked at the mountain as well. "Wonder how everyone is doing..." Tiger mumbled quietly.

Pidgey growled and flew up trying to get out of the smoke.

Cyndaquil shrugged, and sighed. Tiger then looked back to the gym, and shook his head. He then decided to go visit the ruins of alph while the others battled.

Victor decided to use his most reckless move. "Blaze, use Flame Burst!" He commanded.

Blaze sighed, and tried to use the move. This time, it was successful due to the experience obtained from battling Bellsprout before. He held tightly onto Pidgey's back.

Pidgey was hit by the move. He then screeched,mand fainted from the force of the move.

Tiger walked into the ruins and looked around. "This place...seems well" he muttered to himself, and looked at his pokegear.

Blaze and Victor first cheered, and then waited for Falkner's next Pokemon.

(Is this a 2vs2 battle or 3vs3?)

(2 vs 2 since Falkner only has Pidgey and Pidgeotto)

Falkner recalled Pidgey and sent out Pidgeotto. "Pidgeotto use a wing attack" Falkner ordered quickly.

Tiger walked through the ruins of alph. He then walked into the puzzle room, and went up to the first puzzle. "What is it?" He said partially to himself, and began to work on it.

"Nice job!" Mel shouted from the sidelines, grinning. She stayed dead quiet, though, holding back what she wanted to shout to help him. That would probably get her kicked out. She bit her tongue.

"Blaze smokescreen!" Victor commanded, but before Blaze could use the move, he was hit by Wing Attack and fainted. "You did a great job, Blaze." Victor said, and recalled the Cyndaquil. He then brought out the familiar old and burnt Pokeball and grinned with an evil tint in his red-brown eyes.

Pidgeotto landed next to Falkner and waited for the next Pokemon.

"Oh I see it now it's a Kab-" Tiger said, and was almost done with the puzzle when an iron tail caused him to stumble back. "What!?" He said in shock, and looked st Cydnaquil. The Pokemon was glaring at a Pikachu. "Pikachu? Snow show yourself!" Tiger said with an annoyed sigh.

"Watch out, angry Fire type ahead!" Victor declared, and sent out Flare, in full-on rage mode due to the Kazoo. The Charmeleon's eyes were glowing red, and his tail flame had turned white from before.
Flare growled at Pidgeotto furiously.

(EDIT: Victor is battling Falkner with a Kazoo-powered Charmeleon and Tiger is being attacked by Snow again)

(Tiger got his badge, Victor is in the gym now. Mostly everyone is watching Victor's battle while Tiger is being ambushed by Snow while in the ruins of alph.)

Pidgeotto flew up "Pidgeotto sand attack" Falkner ordered quickly. The Pokemon used a sand attack in an attempt to lower Flare's accuracy.

Snow walked out of the shadows and growled "you've come here alone. I'll get your silver wing easily" he said darkly.

Tiger glanced at Cyndaquil "I highly down that. Cyndaquil flamethrower on the ground" the trainer said quickly. Cyndaquil used flamethrower causing the dust on the ground to kick up. Tiger the ran out of the puzzle room.

Mira leaned against the wall of the gym, watching, and said nothing. "Shouldn't we be looking for... WHATEVER your dad told us to get?" Toka whispered to her. Mira blinked.

"We'll be around town. Text if you need anything," Mira scribbled her pokedex's number on a sticky note and left it on the wall, slipping out the door.
