"Welcome to the Violet city gym" Falkner said lowly. Tiger nodded, and walked to the battlefield. "I've been waiting for you, Tiger. About time you showed" he said with a nod, and grabbed a pokeball.
"I ran into some situations...now I'm ready to battle" Tiger said softly, and let Mareep out. Falkner the let out his Pidgey.

"Zen Headbutt!" Victor commanded. He was fully certain that Star could pull off the move, and the Hoothoot rushed at her opponent with the psychic move.

Hoothoot was hit by the zen Headbutt. He flew back slightly, and shook his head clear. "Now, Hoothoot use a sand attack." The elder said lowly. The Hoothoot then used a sad attack in an attempt to lower Star's accuracy.
"Alright Pidgey use a wing attack" Falkner ordered quickly. His Pidgey flew at Mareep with full force, the wings on the Pokemon glowed as he used the attack. Mareep jumped back, and was hit by the move, she nearly fell off the battlefield.
"Mareep use a thundershock" Tiger said quickly hoping to get some of the battle area clear to help his Pokemon. Mareep nodded, and used a thundershock pushing the Pidgey back.

"Star, flap your wings to remove the sand!" Victor commanded, and Star flapped her large wings on the sand.

Pidgey growled, and shook his head. He then flew back up, and circled around Mareep, who got back up. "Now then. Pidgey use a peck" Falkner ordered. Pidgey then flew at Mareep and began to swoop down on her with peck.

Roy watched the battle, only glancing at Tiger leaving once. He remembered Tox, and wondered if he had managed to make it to Violet safely.

Pidgey was struck and fell to the ground
"Good job, now face my Pidgeotto"
Pidgeotto was sent out
"Use quick attack" zorua was struck in a zoom
"Dang it, zorua use scratch"
It had hit the Pidgeotto and began flying, it was obvious it was hurt
"Use quick attack, Pidgeotto"
The Pidgeotto rushed at zorua in anger, zorua was hurt, but after Pidgeotto slowed down
"Zorua, scratch"
The battle had ended, zorua won once he struck down Pidgeotto
In silence, Tox was given a badge, got congradulated and left to the poke center

Hoothoot was hit by zen Headbutt. He then fainted from Star's final move.
Mareep struggled as the Pidgey continued to peck at her. Her wool was puffed out as the Pokemon attacked. "Mareep use a thundershock." Tiger said quickly. Mareep nodded, and sued a thundershock. Next time the Pidgey flew at Mareep he was hit by her charged wool, and the bird Pokemon fell to the ground as the move went off hitting Pidgey critically. Pidgey then fainted.

"Wow, Star!" Victor commented as the Pokedex scanned Noctowl. A generic image of other Noctowl also appeared on the Pokedex. "You're quite different from other Noctowl."

Falkner returned Pidgey and sighed. He then called o pidgeotto. "Mareep come back" Tigrr called and returned his Pokemon, he nodded to Cyndaquil and the Pokemon ran onto the battlefield.

"Our turn!" Char bounded into the center in front of the elder.
"What?! Char!" She groaned and ran after the pokemon. "We aren't battling."

Cyndaquil looked at the pidgeotto studying the opposing Pokemon for a moment. "Cyndaquil start off with a flamethrower" Tiger ordered. Cyndaquil nodded, and used flamethrower aiming for Pidgeotto.
"Pidgeotto fly up and dodge the move then use gust" Falkner ordered. The move missed Pidgeotto and hit the wall causing some smoke to fly onto the battle field. Pidgeotto then used gust blowing away the smoke, and makin Cyndaquil slide back.

Cyndaquil almost fell over the edge. He used a flamethrower to propel himself off the wall, and land in the middle of the battlefield. "Peck!" Falkner ordered. The Pidgeotto then flew at Cyndaquil and began to peck him over and over. Tiger then blinked and growled as Cyndaquil struggled.
"Hang in there bud...use a swift" Tiger said quickly. Cyndaquil then used a swift hitting Pidgeotto and causing dirt to kick off the ground.
