Look at horrortale for example, which is based off of a neutral ending.
And of course people all around the world would have different soul types, but it could easily be made that one of them is in Undertale: The 8th Soul
So gotta say, i like Fresh's idea

you didn't really read my point
Sans is not undertale and definately not tobys style
Sans is probs is tobys favourite
but he would not base his game on it
Undertale has a vast majority of a cast and designs
Also my most important point
Sans is not bias
he will not put his opinion over his task
Sans would not have WRATH cuz that is just out of character
Also to support my case
you point of "what if MC does something and sans has to stop them"
Its impossible without breaking character,Sans won't do anything until judgement hall
The only place where sans cares,Sans is a judge,if he wasnt he would never even try to stop you because he just does not care enought to
His world has been deleted so many times he would not care what you do
cuz at somepoint everything will be erased

So because i dont wanna argue and kill this club
Let me theorize
I have a theory that Papyrus should of been the judge
Think about it Papyrus is a strong close combat tank
Him in.. you guessed it Close space corridor would of been perfect
Heck think of were he confronts you
in a small exit of snowdin which has pretty limited space to move at
Papyrus excels there
The thing is sans was picked instead for 2 reasons
As i said before Sans is non bias ,He judges objectively while papyrus thing there is good in everyone which means he would let a murder right through to asgore
but that is minor
This upcoming one is bigger
In my Monster War theory my suspections are that sans was old enough to be a elite soldier in the war and possibly a close and powerful friend of asgore
He had seen and survived through enough to be qualifed as the judge
he knows how a rotten human acts
that why he can tell how you feel in genocide
In my theory sans was quick killer getting in and finishing the job
which explains his attack other that the gaster blaster being pretty small in size
about the gaster blaster
Sans thought if he was gonna be the judge he might as well pose as a bigger threat
so he picked up gasters creation and upgraded it in his lab(the thing behind the sheet probs is the gaster blaster being secured in a machine)
That is why it stands out so much from the rest of his skill set

You know every monster except undyne when hurt enough their magic can't hold their dying body together resulting in death ay?
Well undyne melts instead
So why is that?
My theory is that like her name says her body is UNDYING it has gained enough mass due to the human food alphys gives her plus her magic
So what does that have to do with her akward death?
Such a powerful body should need A LOT of magic to sustain which undyne has alot of
but how much does she have
Taking into consideration her first body almost collapsing i suspect a magic energy boast just popped in order to sustain her body into an undying form
so her magic would have dropped massively
Which is kinda facinating that not only she didnt die on the spot of her transformation but managed to sustain it for a long period of time
Also considering that she used all her magic power on he attacks
and her body using magic to repair it self from hits
at one point it would need to recharge after such a big dose of magic being used which undyne was unable
resulting in her body falling apart due to the lack of magic until magic run out completely
even after that we gotta appreaciate how powerful undyne really is
Achieving immortality after death and to use all their power but their body still going
ITS JUST FACINATING

I believe it also ties in with the glitchtale thing of 'monsters eat enough human food, so their bodies can handle stuff like determination and blood' Aka UTU with the whole betty thing.

After a pacifist ending maybe the MC reset the game and sans got so sick of that happening that he killed the child. I'm not saying that that title would be the best maybe "The undergrounds wrath" would be better. My augment is for an undertale 2. I don't exactly think that "Undertale 2" is a good title.
With that outta the way. Undyne the undying is such a pain! She has killed me soo much that I can completely avoid her first 3 attacks. Love her theme though.
I theorize that when on a genocide route undyne gains enough determination to hold her body together. Just a little bit because she can't and won't see the rest of the underground suffer, she cares that much to put her life on the line.
On a side note what did you do when you saw on the snowdin shop keeper's note that said "Take waht you want just don't hurt my family."
On a too long side note in the rinse it doesn't count the people you kill on the save points or on your stat. It's 20 plus goat momma by the way.
I hope no one takes the movie title and hates me for it, I'm just saying my opinion and giving some examples I personally hate an idea of and 8th or 10th or whatever number soul, it's just not the way I see undertale being.
