Drake slowly waved, struggling to look away from her as he bumped into a random trainer. "Oh, sorry." Drake said, looking at the nurse now as his stare became a smile. "Hey nurse! Could you heal my pokemon for me?" Drake asked, as the nurse went off to heal his pokemon.

Mira was snoring on the hotel bed, Char asleep beside her. She rolled over, dreaming, and grunted.

"Goodbye," Mira called, waving, as the S.S Anne left the dock. Her father waved back, smiling, and called something that she couldn't hear. She turned to Char, who barked and licked her cheek on her shoulder.

"Interesting pokemon you have there," Someone whispered behind her, making her jump. She turned, a friendly smile on her face.

"It's a Growlithe! I just got her-" She gasped, seeing the hat on the person's head. Team Rocket's logo was on it. She stepped back as the person lunged, and grabbed-

Mira gasped and sat bolt upright, cold sweat dripping down her forehead. She looked down immediately. Char was still fast asleep, pawing the ground playfully, dreaming. She sighed in relief and lay back down.

Hex sighed as he caught another pokemon to add to his soon to-be-filled Pokedex. "I wonder how many pokeballs i've used already," he sighed and searched through his bag. He was about to walk off until he heard a noise behind him. Turning his head, he saw another Ralts.

Celia looked at the other Ralts, silent until bursting out. "Ralts, Ralts!" Celia tugged on Hex's pant leg, pointing at the other Ralts. Hex understood what she wanted and replied by nodding before engaging a battle with the other Ralts.

Hex, being his usual self when fighting, gave no attention to type effectiveness and instructed Celia to use Disarming Voice multiple times. Celia followed, attacking the Ralts with it and was hit several times too. Despite that, she kept going until Hex found the right time and threw a Pokeball, the other Ralts going inside.

Both waited for that familiar ding, anticipating what would happen next. With luck, the other Ralts was caught. "I'll keep this one," he mumbled and picked up the Pokeball.

Checking it's Pokedex, he named the Ralts "Waltz" and placed him in his party.

CJ challenged the Gym Leader and her trainers and successfully defeated her earning himself the Bug Badge [or whatever it's called], Alex watching from the sidelines.

"So it looks like it's just you and me..." CJ told the female, who responded silently by nodding.
Alex pulled out her Town Map and scanned it with her finger. "Alright, so it looks like the next Gym you could challenge is the Cyllage City Gym, but we have to pass through Lumiose City again to get there. Wanna head back to Route 4?" she asked, CJ agreeing in response and the two headed back to Route 4.

"It looks like there's a Pokemon Showcase coming up in Ambrette Town. Mind if we take a little pitstop there?" Alex asked.
"I don't mind..." CJ answered with a small smile as the pair walked along Route 4.
Along the way, the pair noticed Tess up ahead a bit.

"Hey!" Alex called.

"Sure thing!" Nurse Joy replied. A few moments later, Ralts and Axy were healed. "Thanks Nurse." Drake said, grinning as Axy climbed up to his shoulder and Ralts shook in his pokeball. "Alright, onto route 4." Drake said to the two, as he walked out of the pokecenter.

Jade headed down the route towards Ambrette Town for the upcoming pokemon showcase. Because she had just caught the rockruff, she wouldn't have time to teach it sign language and the routine in so little time, so she would be stuck at a disadvantage with only one pokemon. She huffed a sigh, slightly startling shade who was half asleep on her shoulder, she had to think positive. Jade smiled and ran as fast as she could down the route toward the town.

Tess waved to CJ and Alex. "Hey! I'm gonna watch the sunset from up here, if you'd like to join." Tess grinned, waving. The sun was getting ready to go down, sending vibrant colors across the sky.

James left the cafe while looking up at the sky."It's late.We should get a room at the Pokecenter and give mum a call to tell her we started our journey."He tells Benny who bobs in agreement.The two make their way over to the Pokecenter.They both notice the girl from earlier.The one that was getting on to Tess and the one boy.Gosh I can't remember names.He thinks to himself.

Drake slowly walks out to the Route gate and heads out to route 4. He notices the trainers again and sighs lightly. "No need to be rude.." He muttered to himself as he began walking towards their direction.

"I'm down." Alex answered with a smile, sending out her Squirtle and Eevee.
She knelt down beside her two Pokémon and smiled at them. "We could probably get some practice for the Showcase in while we're at it." she whispered with a wink.

CJ smiled at Alex, though his attention quickly turned to something else as he heard someone approaching. The face looked familiar as they'd had encounters earlier in the day, though he hadn't really cared to remember the young trainer's name. As a result, he stayed silent as he grew nearer though kept his gaze on the male.

Drake felt as if he were being stared at by one of the trainers and noticed CJ was staring. As a result, Drake stared back with a unamused look on his face. Axy simply stared, walking along with Drake as Ralts stayed in his pokeball.

CJ rolled his eyes and turned back to Tess & Alex. "Someone's coming, I forgot his name..." he informed the two. Alex turned and saw Drake then turned back to CJ. "I'm pretty it's like ... Drake?" Alex told CJ.

"Hey, Blake." CJ greeted, mishearing Alex.

Tess inhales sharply, fails to stifle a snort, and moves closer to the edge of the tree branch she was sitting on to get a good look at the sunset. Her pokemon were sitting by the bench, enjoying some berries that Tess had set out for everyone.

Jade skid to a stop as she saw two trainers she didn't know with Drake and Tess. Shade wagged her tail, seeing Tess, she jumped off Jade's shoulder and ran up to meet her. Oh no. not again! Jade thought as she ran after shade.

[Most of us are on Route 4 about to watch the sunset.]
CJ & Alex didn't didn't notice Jade approach, but Alex's Eevee noticed the berries Tess laid out for everyone and had no problem taking some for herself.

CJ smiled and threw three Pokéballs, his Torchic, Eevee and Pancham being released, shocking Alex.
"When did you catch that Pancham?!" Alex asked surprised, kneeling down beside it.
"When you went into the flowers to chase after that Flabébé." he revealed, smiling at his new partner.
"Chaaaam!" it cried as it ran over to Alex's Eevee to take its share of the berries.

Shade ran into CJ's Eevee, not noticing it at first. Jade did a mental facepalm and quickly picked shade up, scolded shade, then handed CJ a note. The note read Very sorry! My Zorua can be a bit of a trouble maker. Jade gave the Eevee a pokepuff she had made herself.

CJ smiled embarrassedly when Drake corrected him and simply chose to ignore the fact that he'd addressed him by the wrong name. CJ's Torchic ran up to Drake's Axew happily and greeted it.

CJ's Eevee whimpered slightly when Shade ran into him, though quickly stopped when he was offered a Poképuff.
CJ silently took the note from Jade and scanned it quickly.
"No problem...?" CJ answered quietly, confused as to why Jade didn't verbally apologize.

Alex hadn't paid any mind to the commotion behind her as her and her Squirtle & Eevee watched the sunset happily.
