Tiger nodded, and went to his bag which was under a tree. He then
pulled out a few apples and handed one to Mira. "I know it isn't
much, but if you're hungry it might help" he replied simply.
"Well, I honestly think we're ready," Mira nodded. "We can do some
training tomorrow morning, then try to take him on," She suggested,
taking another bite of the apple.
Mira tapped her fingers against the tree, waiting. At midnight,
we'll switch. She told herself, checking the sky. When the
moon is at the top of the sky.
Cyndaquil crawled to the ground, and looked at Mira. He then walked
over to the creek, and got a drink of water. The pokemon then heard
footsteps nearby, and looked up.

closer until the Poliwag from earlier tripped, and fell into the
clearing. "Cyndaquil? Cynda Cyndaquil Cyn! (Saffron? What was that
for!)" he growled lowly.
Saffron panted heavily, and looked at Cyndaquil "Poliwag pol. Wag
poli poli wag! (A Ho-Oh. It's chasing me and a few pokemon from
Ripple Forest)" he panted heavily. Cyndaquil froze in fear, and ran
up the tree Tiger was in.
"Cynda quil quil (Wake up come on)" he growled lowly.
Tiger growled angrily "you didn't need to throw a rock at me!
Cyndaquil already woke me up" he growled. He then noticed
Cyndaquil's expression, and the pokemon whispered what happened.
"Ho-Oh..." he said his tone changing from annoyance to fear. He
then jumped to the ground, and looked at Mira. "We need to go, and
help the pokemon in the forbidden forest" he said very hesitantly.
Tiger followed quickly, and grabbed the silver wing from his
necklace. "Listen...uh the pokemon we will be facing..is well" he
trailed off once he caught up to her. "Ho-Oh..."
