Tiger nodded, and continued forward. He then froze when he saw Ho-Oh attacking Kit, and Tally, which were two ninetales, one shiny. Tiger then growled, and nodded to Cyndaquil. The two then climbed into a tree, and yelled at the legendary bird.

Mira rushed in and grabbed the two Ninetales, pulling them aside. "Go help Tiger," She told Bulbasaur, who jumped off of her shoulder to them.

Ho-Oh turned away from the Ninetails and glared at Tiger. "Ho-Oh Ho Oh? (So you have returned?)" he said menacingly. "Ho-Oh? Ho ho OH...ho-oh (Come to help this doomed forest again? Last I checked...you should be dead)" the legend snarled, and shot off a sacred fire.

Tiger jumped backwards, and dodged the flames. He then narrowed his eyes at the pokemon "and why are you here?" he retorted. "Team Rocket trying to capture innocent pokemon again?" he spat angrily. He then saw Snow, and his father, Frost. The two pokemon were about to capture an Eevee, and a Vulpix. Tiger then nodded to Cyndaquil, who used a flamethrower on the two grunts.

Bulbasaur grabbed the two Pokemon and dragged them away, to where Mira was. She looked at him darkly. "How many?" She muttered. Bulbasaur held up two paws. "Bring them here if they're hurt or traumatized," She directed, and sent him off again.

As for the Pokemon, she was too busy giving out potions and healing them up to realize what was happening behind her.

Ho-Oh just began to notice Mira. The legend then smirked evilly. "Ho-Oh? Ho-Oh Ho Ho Ho-Oh!? (Who's this? A friend of yours!?)" he asked Tiger in a low growl. Tiger didn't respond he just looked at Ho-Oh. Cyndaquil was busy fighting Poliwrath that Snow sent out to help Frost. "Ho-Oh? Ho...Ho-oh hooh (she is? Heh why don't I...hurt her)" he said darkly. "HO-OH HO! (AFTER ALL YOU'D DO ANYTHING TO SAVE YOUR FRIENDS!)" Ho-Oh yelled the last part menacingly.

Tiger was about to warn Mira to get out of the way when Ho-Oh growled, and screeched. An Alakazam then appeared, and held Tiger still with a Psychic. The trainer couldn't call for Mira to get out of the way. Ho-Oh then flew behind Mira, and was about to use a sacred fire when a screech was heard, and an aero blast hit Ho-Oh causing the sacred fire to fly above Mira's head.

Mira saw the fire above her and turned around to see the bird. She yiped in surprise and scrabbled backwards, staring in awe. One of the Pokemon behind her--they were moving too fast for Mira to see exactly which one--ran forward and tackled the Alakazam. Bulbasaur was too busy helping Cyndaquil (he figured having an ally with a type advantage would be helpful). "What just happened?" She breathed, wondering why the attack got cut off.

Tiger fell to the ground, and out of the tree once Alakazam was hit. Tiger panted, and growled as he hit the ground with a hard thud. He then looked around wildly, and saw Ho-Oh looking around wildly for the Pokemon who attacked him. "Ho-Oh ho! (Lugia show yourself!)" Ho-Oh yowled angrily.

Lugia then flew down, and landed in the clearing close to Mira. He then screeched, and spoke using telepathy "you are attacking Pokemon in the forest, and you want to kill these humans? You make me sick Ho-Oh" he snarled crossly, and blocked Ho-Oh from attacking Mira any further. He glanced at Tiger, and the boy tried to hide from the fire bird.

Cyndaquil nodded a thanks to Bulbasaur, and used an aerial ace on Poliwrath. The Pokemon stumbled back from the combined moves of Bulbasaur, and Cyndaquil.

Mira blinked in surprise. And now Lugia is standing right in front of me. She thought, a smile growing on her face. She looked over and dove into a bush, closely followed by the other Pokemon.

Ho-Oh growled, and went to attack, but Lugia used a psychic, and froze the fire legend. "You are going to far...brainwashed or not you need to stop" the legend snarled, and threw Ho-Oh toward the ground.

"Ho-Oh oh (you are protecting these wimpy Pokemon, and humans? They could bring glory to Team Rocket)" Ho-Oh growled back, and used a sacred fire. It hit Lugia, and caused the legend to screech, and stumbled back.

Tiger froze, and scrambled to his feet. He then let Charmander out. The golden shiny's scales seemed to blend in the faint moonlight. "Help Lugia" Tiger whispered. The Pokemon nodded, and darted up a tree.

Ho-Oh was about to use a brave bird and hit Lugia while he was confused when Charmander jumped out of the tree, and landed on the Ho-Oh's back. He then used dragon claw to slow the fire bird down.

Lugia saw his chance. He then sued a hydro pump on Ho-Oh. Ho-Oh saw it coming, and flipped around. Charmander then got hit with the move, and fell off Ho-Oh. Ho-Oh was also hit by the move, and took a lot of damage.

Mira, without thinking, darted from her hiding spot and caught Charmander, diving into another bush. Panting, she put him down. "You okay?" She asked quietly, keeping a close eye on Ho-Oh.

Charmander panted heavily. His tail flame was critically low "c...char" he said weakly. Tiger then ran out of his cover, and tried to jump out of the way of a sacred fire. He then was hit by the move and fell face first into the area where Mira went. He then noticed the tail flame on Charmander and froze. "Mira give him this" Tiger said softly, and pushed over a secret potion from his bag "I've had it for quite a while...I got it from The potion shop in my region" he said softly. He then looked out of the bushes and saw Lugia was trying to win the battle. Cyndaquil was hit with a powerup punch from Poliwrath, and fainted. Team rocket was winning.

Mira nodded and fed Charmander the potion before noticing Tiger. "You got hit," She muttered, passing him the bag. "Treat yourself. I've got Cyndaquil."

She rushed out, without any items, and grabbed Cyndaquil. She grabbed the necklace from around her neck and put it to his back; there was a bright flash and he was no longer fainted. As for Bulbasaur, though he was hurt, he benefited from the Leech Seed he planted and was still in the game. He used a Vine Whip.

Tiger nodded, and used a secret potion on himself. He looked at Charmander who was in better condition. "Charmander char! (I need to help Cyndaquil, and Lugia)" he snapped.

"No you need to rest" Tiger retorted, and sighed. "If you take anymore damage you could get hurt or worse" he said quietly. Charmander froze, and nodded relucantly.

"Charmander char char (alright sorry)" he said lowly.

Tiger sighed, and hugged the Charmander "it'll be fine, Dusk. We will help help any injured Pokemon who get hurt."

Charmander nodded, and heard his new name. He then sighed "Charmander charm (alright. We can do it)" he said cheerfully.

Cyndaquil came to, and groaned. He then looked at Mira, and nodded a thanks. Poliwrath was then hit with vine whip, and stumbled back. The leech seed then took the last of his health.

Mira nodded back and stumbled back into the bush. "What's the plan?" She whispered, gulping. Pikachu let himself out of the ball.

"Pika pikachu pi pi!" (The plan is I go to help!) Pikachu bounced up and down ready to tackle Ho-Oh.

Tiger grabbed Pikachu "you can't attack Ho-Oh head on alone" he said swiftly. He looked at Dusk, and sighed "it's to dangerous"

Mira rolled her eyes. "No," She reinforced. "There's gotta be something else..."

Bulbasaur ran up to her. "That's really it? They have to have more Pokemon..." She muttered.

Tiger thought for a moment "between the both of us we have six Pokemon, and considering the rocket grunts, and Ho-Oh we alone are out numbered, but..." He trailed off, and looked around. He then saw the river where the revival herbs grew. "There's a cave near the other side of the river...if Lugia can distract Ho-Oh for long enough we can make it to the cave, and ask for the Pokemon inside to help us" he said softly.

"Alright," Mira glanced back to the fight. Something rumbled in her bag, but she completely ignored it. "When Ho-Oh is completely distracted... Stunned, and looking away. That's when we'll run," She muttered.

Tiger nodded, and narrowed his eyes. He then saw Lugia use another hydro pump the move stunned Ho-Oh, and the two flew backwards away from the cave, and from the bush they hid in. "Go" Tiger whispered swiftly.

Mira bolted from her hiding spot and leapt as far as she could across the river--the effort got her mostly across, with one foot in the water. She looked around for the cave.
