Every so often when I turn in a bulletin board quest it automatically takes 2 or 3 quests instead of just the one I intend to turn in.

What I mean by this is, you know how when you turn in a quest a new one replaces it? Well, it automatically hands that in as well. Sure, while the extra money can be nice, I am selective about which quests I turn in and don't appreciate it taking items I am not prepared to hand in, or ready to do so, for eg, needing lvl 2 berries but not having enough so it takes them all and lvl 3 as well. This may not be an issue for easy berries, but the ones that hours to grow? It very much is.

This issue occurred when you refreshed and resubmitted the action after handing in a task.

This is now prevented and it's no longer possible to accidentally hand in a task you didn't select. Fixed.
