You should've seen ME at 14... I was all teeth with greasy mousy blonde hair and teeny tiny eyes...

how on earth do you take a picture on a laptop? i know video chat is possible with skype but i havent found a way to take a picture yet on it.

could someone please tell me how?

Okayy, since I don't know your exact model, or your OS.. Try typing into your start menu search bar 'Crystal Eye Webcam' or just 'Webcam'. If you have that, open it, and under 'Camera Tasks' you should have 'Take a new picture', or something similar.
