Hey, I have a little problem, my chain broke for a very strange reason, it broke because I hatched a pkmn of the exact same species, which is not too bad, its just sad for the 50k and the chain of 6 I think it was, because I´m struggling to get phantump eggs anyways. But it did and I got this notification:

By PokéRadar - 16 Hours and 2 Minutes ago.
Oh no, your chain of Phantump broke! A freshly hatched Phantump resetted your PokéRadar!

This might have happened, because the egg that broke the chain was the first egg I adopted from the wild and not from the daycare and I think it sat in my storage box for a few days (and yes, I know it shouldn´t break the chain, just to have a first point to look into)

For me it´s alright, just to have a record of it and it might help preventing stuff like that in the future (it would be annoying if it happened after many legendary hatches ;) )

If you could, could could you take a screen shot of this? This has never happened for me. No matter what, because i have breed eggs from the daycare, which have been days old and hatched them without a problem without breaking my chain / Resetting me chain. So I would love to see the actual alert that said this.

I'd say this is probably a bug ^^ the only other reason I can think of is that there was another pokemon hatched... but the notification said the wrong pokemon (dunno how that'd work though?)

Wow that's amazing! I have honestly never see this! That's kinda cool and amazing. Even though it sucks it broke your chain all that I can think of that, You adopted the egg before starting the chain and thought it was something different...

But yeah that's defiantly a bug and just weird to see xD Amazing but that sucks...

I had this problem. The East Shellos broke my Mareep chain (on purpose since someone was nice enough to put the Shiny Mareep in the GTS) but it says that my East Shellos chain broke and newly hatched East Shellos resetted my Pokeradar.

FUUU I know what went wrong, why it broke the chain... So the break was for real, I actually messed that up myself, but the notification was wrong

I mixed up pumpkaboo and phantump, I was actually hunting PUMPKABOO, but since I never played anything newer than genIV, I was looking for phantump eggs in the wild, found one and that broke the chain. But yes, there is some bug in the notification that should have told me the phantump broke the pumpkaboo-chain (I realised just now after the second time it broke the chain...)

//Moved to Solved, as part of the big Bug/Complaint clean-up.

The wrong pokémon in the message has been fixed, so it actually tells you which chain you broke, rather than twice the pokémon that broke the chain.
