The creature snuck through the room, sniffing, before letting out another blood-curling screech.

(I did the same thing I do with Chris, the heading, because why not)

The Wendigo

It walked over to Christina and Corri's hiding spot, sniffing, before leaping onto the thing the bar held up, staring Christina in the face. It couldn't see her, but it felt like Christina might have been there...

She stared at the wendigo, scared as all hell. Her blood ran cold again, right as she was starting to calm down...

Corri didn't move. No, she couldn't move. She was unable to even think about anything but her death. Terror filled her to the brim.

It screeched in Christinas face, still unable to see her. It leapt down, giving up, and looked around for another victim.

She exhaled quietly, horrified. The scream had filled her ears, bloodcurdlingly loud when it was so close to her.

Tori was shaking. Badly. Her frail body quaked viciously, and she blinked back tears. Fear was enveloping her, not just for her, but also for Corri and everyone. Corri was still frozen, tears running down her face.

She waited for the monster to leave the room before she started breathing heavily, letting go of Corri and curling up as best she could.

The wendigo

It had stepped out of the building, walking on its arms and legs, looking around, sniffing, seeing if anything or anyone moved.

Corri toppled to the ground, letting out broken sobs. Curling up, she covered her face with her hands and made dry, cracked noises of fear. Tori closed her eyes, tears slipping from under her eyelids.

Arius was getting tired of this. Everyones suffering made her upset.
She told Tori to stay put and stood up, pulling her bow n arrow out of her bag and placing it in hand.

Planting a quick kiss on Ray's head, Maru slipped down the tree, landing lightly and soundlessly on the lowest branch. Taking out the pendulum, she began to swing it in a circular motion.
