Thorax was sitting on Katniss bed and eating a apple while Katniss was walking all around house packing supplies . She was able to find some protein bars and bread . She also found a one black blanket and some clothes , she was also able to find 10 Pokeballs and two bottles of water . "Okey , i guess its everything i need ! Now , where is that bag .. ?" She returned to her room and packed all things in big dark blue bag with black stripes . That bag was pretty heavy but Katniss is strong . "Okey Thorax , are you ready ?" She asked , Thorax jumped down from bed and he nodded . Katniss's dad is actually traveling around Kanto so she dont need to say any goodbyes . "Okey , lets go !" She said and then they both leaved house .

(Omg , i just noticed that name of your character is Ask and not Ash , i am soo sorry .. )

Ask saw Katniss leave her house. "Hey, ready to continue going through that route? Hopefully there are no more of those mushroom people there..."

Katniss nodded "Yeah but we should train our pokemons , who knows , maybe some strong mushroom guard could appear ... Or maybe a giant octopus named Octavia , anything can happen " Katniss said with smile , Thorax was staring at Budew - That Budew isnt like those caring and harmless Budews and he knows it .

(octavio...was that a reference?)

Ask went into deep thought, but responded. "That's true, but where else do we have to train other than Route 1? I'd say we should definitely go there." Budew finally relaxed and sat on Ask's head, trying to sleep.

(Nope , just random name but i just realized that it could be reference , too bad that i writed Octavia unstead of Octavio .)

"Even Route 1 is batter than nothing , right Thorax ?" Katniss asked but Thorax was ignoring her . He was staring at Budew , that pokemon is really strange . Then he finnaly realized that Katniss asked him something and he nodded . "But we should wait for others , maybe these mushroom people are there ... What are even doing here , i never saw them bafore ." Katniss said , she never found any book that was talking about Mushroom people .

"Sounds fair." Ask sat down on a nearby bench when the Professor called them in.

"Oh. You're still here? That's good. Quickly, come inside my lab."

Thorax growled when he heard Proffesors voice but Katniss ignored it "Whats going on ? Oh , let me guess - Mushroom people again ?" She said and Thorax guickly started to look around , searching for danger .

(I hate to say , trust me , but i think we should wait for others , i feel that plot twist will happen soon and it is'nt good idea to have plot twist when only 2 people are online)

(It won't, trust me.)

"I saw you defead that young man before with the mushroom. Good thing is, I've been studying them lately. I was so rushed that I forgot to tell you about them.

"I also forgot to formally introduce myself. I'm Prof. Palm, and I study all of the myths in this region. Specifically, I study the strange appearance of sudden thunderstorms and monsoons in this region...but that's not interesting. A side project is a new parasite I discovered, which is exactly what you just fought."

Omi was training around with his Honedge on a random, grassy path. He noticed some trainers here and there, but he decided not to get on their line of sight. After all, if they get defeated, they would most likely spazz around and turn into a Parasect like the last one.

(Problem solved !)

"Thats really nice but what now ?" Katniss asked , how could this professor forgot to tell us about Mushroom peoplw who could easoly kill them ?! Plus Thorax dont seem to really like Prof.Palm .

"Though I haven't studied on what kills the individual parasites faster, I have theorized something." Palm began to recite a probably boring theory that they had to listen to.

"No parasites have ever grown this quickly...so there has to be something causing it. It had to be something big, possibly a singular life form. I think it's one being because they will always act the same and have the exact same movement patterns. It's just predictable, watching them slink over to the left, then almost trip when walking to the right, then slow down suddenly...but you get the point. If you can find a source like that, the whole species of parasites may or may not be killed off."

"And, about the storms, I dunno. Maybe they moved in from Hoenn or something."

Katniss isnt really happy that she need to listen to this but it could be important . There is a question burning in her head "Is there a way to heal people who was infected ?" She asked . Thorax nodded , it seems like he also want to know .

Purple walked in the lab and sat down. Egg wandered and bumped into Palm. He looked up and chirped.

"Hey, Torchic." Palm smiled and pet the Torchic, sitting down next to it.

"I haven't found any way other than having them die, which of course, kills them."

Egg keeps wandering around and bumping into things. Purple picks egg up and strokes him lightly. Egg falls asleep.

Katniss nodded , she isnt happy that she will need to kill someone but there isnt any other way .

Thorax looked at little Torchic , it seems like that Torchic have serious eye damage or she/he is just really stupid but its kinda funny .

((Wow, Im so not used to being on an RP like this with so many back-to-back posting... I'll try my best to keep up...))

The boy lay in a lump on the ground, the others were mumbling but she couldn't hear them. Her heart was pounding in her chest, and Osha was shaking under her hat. Battling was something everyone knew about- but it didn't usually involve actual people DYING. It wasn't normal. Cass kept telling herself that, as if it really made a difference.

When she finally got her bearings back, she saw that Ask and Katniss were gone- probably to pack. Good idea. She wanted to get as far as this place as she could right now. Without another word she ran back to her home. Ignoring her uncle who called out to her and slamming the door behind her. Osha was still shaking ontop of her head. "Hey... its alright." She took off her hat and cradled him in her arms. "I'm sorry you had to see that... I don't really know what it was." Osha looked up at her so worried. "It'll be alright. I promise. You protect me from pokemon, I'll protect you from those people, deal?" She smiled as brightly as she could to reassure him, even though she wasn't sure what to do. He nodded and hugged her; she hugged him back. "Maybe we should go ask the professor if he knows what they are?"

After packing her bag- a white bag with blue patches for the pockets- with a sleeping bag, extra blanket and travel pillow, she headed downstairs for food supplies. Basics; ready to eat meals, sandwich stuff, water pellets for clean drinking water, extra water bottles, water proof matches and extra clothes. Cory brought Osha back downstairs and gave them both a tight hug. "Here, these used to fit me, but I think they'll be good for you." Cory said, putting a pair of blue sunglasses and a white scarf on Osha. He looked so excited, he danced around looking at his new presents. She would miss her brother terribly, her uncle not so much, she tried to not have a teary goodbye, but it was hard.

Finally they headed out. But first, the lab! Entering she caught the middle of the professor talking about the parasites and went to stand next to Ask and Katniss and Purple. Osha hugged her leg as the professor talked about having to kill the people the parasites controlled.

"That's all I needed to tell you. You can go do whatever you want...after I give you all one of these." Palm gave them all a custom Poke Ball with changeable colors. But how well could it catch Pokemon...?

"these are under testing, so you are the only ones to have them." Ask took it and kept it colorless so he could change it later.

Ask left that lab thinking about the mushroom parasites. How did they work, and what could be behind this? He just kept quiet and walked on to the next route. "I'm going to the Route 1, if anyone wants to join me."

(We just fought a parasitic mushroom child)

"Sure!" Purple said waking up Egg. Egg walked over and bumped into thorax. Falling down. He chirped happily.
