Corrin stopped the match, burnt slightly. She jumped onto him, putting her sword lightly to his throat. She pinned his arms with one hand, and whispered, "Checkmate." Her hair fell, like a curtain. It surrounded the two's, and shut the rest of the world out.

Erik staggered a bit when the fist hit him, but soon regained his footing. Putting a hand to the ground, roots and vines began to entangle Brendon's legs.

"Interesting, my water abilities will not work on plants, but maybe claws?" Brendon asked, he turned, and a rubberlike sound could be heard coming from his clothes, which were stetching to the maximum, he snarled, and slashed at the roots and vines that were entangling his legs.

Corrin pulled the knife away, but kept holding him down. "By saying checkmate, I've won. Don't worry, I'm not gonna hurt you anymore." She said, kinda sad that he was scared of her. So many people were.

He isn't very interested in relationships, doesn't fight if he can talk his way out of things.
He thinks most people are the same and that they're easily categorized, he doesn't think a lot of people actually like him.
Magic; He cannot be damaged by fire, he can control it and generate it with maximum effort but came to Ruby School hoping to make it easier.

Corrin got off of him, sitting next to him. She stated off into space, a sad look on her face. She didn't want anyone to be scared of her. But her she was, making people terrified.

Joseph was leaning against the wall pondering as his mum talked to the office secretary.
After a few minutes his mum kissed him on the forehead, "Okay, she'll show you to your room, I'll see you when I see you, but don't forget to write", she told him.

Shark Form:
Name: Ryu Hoshizora
Age: 17

Species: Mershark
Height (Optional): 4'11 normally, 6'2 in shark form
History (Optional): Ryu was never meant to be born. Abandoned by her parents when she was a pup, Ryu learned how to survive in the harsh open waters alone, leading her to develop a hard exterior. She was hunted multiple times for her clans precious teeth and skin, leading her to have a natural distrust of humans. At the age of 10 Ryu developed the ability to hid her tail for legs, an ability that all Mershark developed. She became acquainted with the principal of Colabat Academy but denied the offer of going into the school. The principal advised Ryu to work part time at a nearby coffee shop. Accepting, Ryu started patch up her broken life, one such steps is was to go to Colbat Academy.
Personality (Optional): Cold and blunt, Ryu doesn't give mercy to anyone. She is the model humanized shark. She is weiry of everyone and has little to no experience with the art of holding back. Most of the time, she wants to be alone and can be found in the sea or any body of water swimming. As she works in the coffee shop as a waitress, she lets her guard down, and undergoes a frightening transform from tough sports girl to sweet nice and polite waitress. She always hides the fact that she is a Mershark, becuase her kind are going extinct and she wants to live.
Magic:
Cotrollingn any of water to anything she wants, aside from water already in possession of another student. She is also capable of drawing moisture from the air.
Weapon (Optional):
Suzumebachi

A ring on her right middle finger when twisted transforms into the above. The black cuff is on her arm, while the blade itself encompasses her middle finger, the chain connecting the two usually resting on the back of her hand.
Crush (Optional): Open
Other (If any): She is slightly ashamed of the fact that she works as a waitress.
If anyone asks what race she is, she replies with Demon, since it's the easiest to pull off.
