DODUOLINGO: Learn a language for free (and win PRIZES!)
Forum-Index → Fan Clubs → Inactive Clubs → DODUOLINGO: Learn a language for free (and win PRIZES!)The classroom here is not really used for that much (I only have it set up so I can track your progress and make sure you're not cheating by skipping through a language that you already know). I will occasionally set up some loose assignments, but you can feel free to not do those if you don't want to (or if you don't have the time to do so). Ignoring the assignments will not affect the prizes that you win at the end.
Good luck with learning Spanish and I hope you have some fun while you're at it!

UPDATE: Shiny Doduos are no longer available as prizes for a while. There's no way that I can obtain so many so fast...
ANOTHER UPDATE: Zagisov has already found his first shiny Doduo! If you finish your language soon, it could be yours! (Although he may decide to keep his first and give all subsequent ones away instead...)
On a separate note, the courses that teach Hungarian, Greek, and Hebrew to English speakers are practically done and will probably be released within a month. The Czech course is also nearing completion and will hopefully be released in a few weeks. If you're interested in any of these languages, you should take the opportunity and wait for the release of the courses so you can learn them! It is estimated that the Romanian, Swahili, and Hindi courses will be finished by August or September, so if you want to learn those languages, they're coming soon too.
Title: Activity Check
1. Approximately how far into your language have you gotten? [Answer this as a percentage: ex. ~30%]
2. On a scale from 1 to 10, how much have you enjoyed Duolingo so far? [1 = this app sucks, 10 = this app is great, I'm really learning a lot!]
3. How active are you in using Duolingo? [Respond with "Active", "Semi-Active", "Inactive, but only due to being busy - don't remove me from the list yet!" or "Inactive, and I'll remain inactive - please remove me from the list."]
4. What is the hardest thing about your language that you've learned so far? [You may leave this blank.]
Here's a template for your answers (which you are not required to use, but might make it easier):

Please respond to this prompt within a week to remain on my member list. (If I remove you from the list but you decide to return later on, don't worry; send me a message and I'll be happy to put you back on the list :).)
Thank you for being part of my group and I hope you have a nice day!
Also, by the way, you may or may not have already noticed this, but I added another 150 XP assignment in the Duolingo classroom. Remember that this is completely optional and that you may ignore this if you wish to. The assignment is due on June 18 (which is probably also near the end of the school year for most of you).
Oh, and one more thing: zagisov has hatched 6 Doduos already! One of those could be yours soon... Make sure to click his party to thank him for helping me with the Doduo hunting!
