Basically I want a cute almost baby like charazard mega x in the pose I show in the ref 1 (the ref is mega y) in the coloring of the picture #2. It would be neat if you could animate the flame on it's tail and add little flames out of it's nostrils (not animated).
Size should be about the same size as the avatar you currently have on. I would like a border. Pick whatever background color you think would look best a space like background would be cool too.
