Allium laughed breathily, "Well it does look a bit small. How many rooms are there exactly?" Adeline gave a little sigh of relief next to her, glad that she hadn't been the one to ask. She was more sociable than Raven, but still wasn't too good with asking questions.

''like i said, there's enough for everyone, if you don't believe me then you can room with Matthew, Adeline and Ravan can room together, and Rogue and Crystal can share a room, there's plenty of food and running water, and there is a bathroom if you need a shower'' she said.

Rogue coughed, a bit surprised that Adriane had suggested he room with Crystal. "I think... she would rather room by herself?" He suggested softly, more of a question than anything. "I can... sleep on the couch or something."
Allium perked up, her cheek flushed. "I-i... Does Matthew not sleep out here or...?"

''truthfully Crystal sleep's anywhere if she feels like it, but she does have a room... and Matthew has a room as well, he just likes his recliner... anyway, like i said there's room for everyone here, go count the rooms yourself if you want too, and the rooms are bigger then you think.. the house may seem small, but i know how to use a spell that i found in one of the books in the council's archives long ago, so the rooms are bigger than they should be on the inside rather than what they look like on the outside'' she said, smiling brightly.

Adeline nodded, thanking her as she stood up to go check the rooms. She gestured Raven, who followed her dutifully. They tread the hallways together, Adeline looking around in a bit of disbelief. She was right about the cottage being bigger than it seems... She thought, skimming her fingers against the wallpaper in a sense of wonder.
"Are we going to room together?" Raven asked after a bit, his tone soft and almost childish.
"Yeah," Adeline replied bluntly, halting at one of the doors.
"What if I attack you?..."
"We're rooming together so you won't attack the other in their sleep. I'll be fine... I've overpowered you before, haven't I?" She responded with a weak smile, opening the door. It was a bedroom that seemed unoccupied, to which Adeline entered and sat on the bed. It sunk under her weight. Raven looked at her, tight-lipped. "These people are nice, I think. Can we consider staying?" He asked quietly, closing the door. Adeline nodded, "Yeah. But we'll have to find a way to benefit them... somehow. No freeloading, basically."

"Oh, you're a magic-user?" Allium asked, perking up a bit in interest. "Is yours more of a brewing-type magic or...?" She watched Adeline and Raven exit the room and silently decided that she would go look for one later.

''my healing abilities are more towards herblore with a bit of magic, whereas making the cottage bigger on the inside rather than the outside is only something that can be done with spell, i've studied both magic and herblore, and both come in very handy, and my natural abilities would be to help plants and stuff grow or bring something to life, i can breathe life into thing's like my dear companion Ent for example and they live just like you and me'' she said.
Ent perked up as he was mentioned and looked up at Adriane as she spoke, then looked at Allium and nodden in agreement at what she said.

Allium nodded, a bit amazed. Her attention was drawn to Ent, and she broke into a very small smile. She looked over at Rogue with a questioning look on her face, and he caught her gaze.
"Hmm? Oh! Um, yeah. Ice dragons are really superstitious and whatnot. Magic and oracles and stuff... our fortune-tellers are surprisingly accurate, actually. I'm mediocre in terms of spell-casting, I guess? I don't know. What about you?" He asked, to which Allium shrugged.
"Anyways... Adriane, I think I might just go looking for a spare bedroom," she said politely, changing the subject. "Is there... an indicator to Matthew's and Crystal's rooms, or?..."

''well, Crystal's room will be obvious since she took one of the smaller rooms i left untouched and the door has all kinds of warnings a human teen would have on they're door, where Matthew's room is big enough for his rather massive book and manga collection's and he signed his name into the door with his claw's''Adriane said.
Ent got up and wandered over to the front door, opening it up with one of his branches and went outside.
''my room has plaque like sign on the door with my name on it, and it's the master bedroom so it'll be easy to tell what my room looks like'' she said.

"Alright," she said, giving a quick nod. It was barely a nod; a small dip of the head, a Water custom that Allium had picked up from her father. She bounced up to her feet and headed into the hallway. Not wanting to be left alone with a stranger, Rogue followed. They silently walked throughout the cottage until Allium stopped by a spare room that wasn't too far from Matthew's. She opened it, finding that it was one of the more minimalistic rooms--a much smaller one when (probably) compared to the others. Rogue entered the one next to hers, a bit hesitantly since he wasn't used to looking in other peoples' homes.

Adriane hummed as she got up and decided to head to her own room.
''each room is furnished to fit anyone's taste in style, some may have a split personality sort of feel like one side being cheerful and the other being gloomy for example, while other's have a single personality, like sporty or nerdy as an example personality wise, as well as all the rooms having they're little quirks, so look around for a room you like'' she said cheerfully, soon enough disappearing through a pair of double doors at the end of the hall, the nameplate on the one door reading out Adriane's name.

"Oh," Allium said softly, feeling the cold chill as she entered the room. It had lavender walls and a much more sophisticated look than she thought it had. There was a crimson circle rug on the ground, but the cold air made it feel as if it were ice. She bolted out of the room, seeing Rogue in the hallway. "Switch," she murmured, stepping into the room that he had gone into.

Crystal had soon entered back into the house and went to her room, disappearing into her room before the door closed.

Matthew groaned and put his hand on his forehead.
''ugh... i've got such a headache......'' he complained to himself, slowly waking up from his nap.

Allium stepped out of the room, walking on her tiptoes as she made her way back into the living room to get her bag. She had put it on her chair in the dining room but had completely forgotten to retrieve it. "Is that normal?" Allium murmured, a bit shocked that Matthew had woken. "Having a headache after doing incantations like that, I mean." She straightened her backpack, which was only slung on one shoulder.

Matthew looked at Allium and sighed, sitting up while also bringing the recliner back up.
''well that was only the second time i used the incantation, so.... i guess..? i'm not really sure, i felt like absolute hell back then when i used it on myself..'' he muttered.

Allium felt the urge to question him about the first time he used it, but only pursed her lips in concern. She walked over to where Adriane kept the glasses and--because she wasn't entirely sure where they kept the water--swirled her hand above the glass. The water mimicked her motions until she had filled it, nearly to the top, and handed it to Matthew. "It's a bit warm if that's okay," she said, sitting in the chair nearest to the recliner and folding her hands in her lap, her posture straightened as she had been taught.

he took the glass and smiled a little.
''i'm a fire dragon hybrid... warmth doesn't bother me that much anyway, it's like drinking warm tea in a way'' he said, taking a sip of the water Allium had given him.
he sat the cup down on a small that had a lamp on it and looked over at her, reaching over as he ruffled her hair playfully.

She only laughed a bit more, covering her mouth with her hand. "Well, you don't need to be so bashful," Allium said, digging in her bag and pulling a hairband out. She quickly tied her pink hair back, unaware that it made it easier to see her blush that way.
