"The year is 20XX and the new invention knows as Sky Gear has been developed. This new invention allows the user which is commonly human, to be able to fly around freely. This invention can come in many forms, such as a bracelet or boots. But their is much controversy over this happen since it's release. Crime rates have been their highest yet since the criminals can easily escape.

Because of the new Sky Gear breakthrough, many people in the town of Grisadia have lost their jobs. Why you might ask? Well it's because many new jobs only allow people who own Sky Gear's. And because of how expensive Sky Gear's are, people cannot afford them. With old jobs gone and new jobs in, with how low unemployment rates are now, many people have slowly become poorer.

After all this mess, something else happened. A man by the name of Thomas, noticed one day their was a crack in the sky. This crack in the sky was the portal for dragons who lived in an alternate sky. These dragons attacked and destroyed everything in their path. However they were smart, and not just murder machines. These dragons were intelligent and even with our military's most powerful equipment, but they were not match. They didn't even kill a single dragon.

But that man named Thomas did. You see, he was a soldier and was one of the very few men that did not die. And to top that all off, he had a second job. He was the CEO of the company that invented the Sky Gear, called Illusionary Wonder's. And he knew exactly what to do. He created new Sky Gear's meant for combat. He gave them to the military for a test. The next day, dragon's attacked and they sent 10 soldier's equipped with combat ready Sky Gear's to attack the swarm of 53 Dragons or so. The result, all dragons were killed with only 3 losses. This brought a new hope to the human race.

And because of the lack of soldier's. The military were willing to take any applicants. And you are sitting here today in front of me because you volunteered for this. Now remember, you fight or die. You chose a new path for yourself. Now, let's begin." Thomas's (CEO of Illusionary Wonder's and Creator of Combat Sky Gear's) announcement.

I am too lazy to make the rules since it's like 1 AM here so just think about any standard rp rules and apply them here. If you wanna know the specifics or ask if something is ok, ask me or your fellow roleplayers. Also, if any questionsm just ask me.

History: Since the debut of Sky Gear, Amy continued to beg and beg for any kind of Sky Gear for her birthday. Her mother was a regular cleaner, but lost her job to another woman who had Sky Gear that allowed her to clean much more swiftly than manually; her father worked by Thomas' side in the army, so he had his own Sky Gear, and only just managed to give some Sly Gear to Amy when she turned 18. Recently, her Dad died in hospital from post traumatic war syndrome, and just the attack from the dragons. "Be brave, be strong, fight for us, my child..." We're his last words to Amy, before she was literally dragged out of the room from her father, and was not allowed back in to where her mother was. Mother and daughter were never the same again.

During that fight though, she sustained a near fatal injury to the head and as a result, she acquired a split personality.

History: Abandoned at an early age, Shin never knew his last name, nor his parents. He went to school at an early age, creating false last names for himself, and barely graduation from school. He later found out that his collar was a sky gear and was overjoyed, since he could finally get a job. He worked as a cook in a small fast food restaurant, and rarely used his Sky Gear. After an attack by the dragons, that destroyed his makeshift home on the streets as well as the restaurant he was working at, Shin decided to go join the army.

(All accepted) Draco was out on the field trying out his new Sky Gear. Draco was very unbalanced and kept crashing and losing control. After his 53rd fail, Draco sighed. Draco looked at the sky and closed his eyes. Draco calmed down and tried again, he barely kept his balance.

Aurora yawns laying on a roof listening to her music her hand on one side of the headphone. She takes a deep breath and closes her eyes letting the music take her.

Holding a butterfly knife in one had, Tori absentmindedly flicked it back and forth in her hand, doing tricks, while thinking. "UraTori..... when did I become aware of her?" In the distance, she could hear someone falling over and over again. Sighing, she flicked the knife shut and placed it inside her coat and whipped out her hat, smoothing the fabric and plopping it on her head. walking over to a nearby tree, she sat down and pulled the brim of her hat down over her eyes and closed them, listing to the sounds.

Amy had managed to use her sky gear to fly up into her roof. She had always wanted to sit there and look out at the sun. She smiled, tapping her fingers and humming a tune. She decided she needed a drink and carelessly flew indoors.

Squintinting into the sky Aurora sees 2 figures flying one out of balance and another balanced. Yawning she shrugs and jumps of the roof, letting the air swish around her.

Draco then suddenly went faster and started getting better at controlling it. Draco wasn't paying attention to where he was going, so he crashed into a tree. Draco fell over and his sky gear turned off. "Ow...." Draco moaned as he laid on the ground.

UraTori felt a jolt and she whipped out the nearest knife and jumped to her feet. "Who's there?!" She roared, all rationality gone with the usual cautious Tori. Her flip side had taken over. "If I really wanted, I could kill you right now, so I suggest you come out soon!"

"Oh, s-so there are more pe-people with sky g-gears huh?" Shin murmured, watching Amy, Aurora and Draco, snorting when the boy crashed into a tree and watched as the girl underneath yelled at him. Pulling out his collar, he snapped it around his neck and started hovering over the ground, joining Aurora in the sky.

Amy flew out of her door with a cool glass of water, with ice. She sat on her roof once more, gazing out at the sky. It was warm, with a small breeze, just how she liked it. Small strands of her hair twirled around in the air as the breeze picked them up and tired to play with it. Everyone played with her hair. She didn't know why.

Aurora sighing yawns again and see's Shin a distance away. Shrugging she raises he volume up in her headphones. The breezes in time with the musics beat

Draco stood up and rubbed his head. He looked at UraTori "Wait what?" he asked

"Hmph, so it was just a human. Had me worked up for absolutely no reason." UraTori frowned, replacing the knife. "Such a shame. And I thought that I could come out for something interesting, but instead, I get a man who doesn't even know how to use sky gear properly."

Shin landed on the roof of a nearby building with a soft thump and sighed, brushing the hood of his jacket off.

Amy noticed Shin a few houses down standing on a roof. "I guess I'm not the only one that does this." She yelled to him, just in case her quiet normal voice wasn't loud enough. She looked over at him, taking a sip from her glass of water, her hair blowing to the left by the wind.

Going slightly higher Aurora disappears in a low cloud. The cold air chilling her. Letting herself free fall for a bit she lands softly on her feet. Stretching she walks into a small cafe.

Shin nearly toppled over in fright, hearing a loud voice yelling at him. "I'm n-not deaf." He grumbled, standing up and brushing off his jeans. Taking a running start, Shin jumped from in roof to the next, barely catching into the edge on the roof. Hauling himself up, Shin made his way towards Amy.

"Sorry... I didn't really know if you pull hear me or not..." Amy replied, looking up at him. She knew she had annoyed him, and didn't want to make him any madder. "Impressive jump, by the way." Amy replied. "Just... Be careful next time, you almost suffered a nasty fall." She added.

Taking a sip of her coffe, Aurora looks around. Shaking her head she gets up and leaves the Café.
