I've notice that many of us have got a bunch of mystery boxes but that we don't have any key to open them. In fact the % of appearance of those keys is quite low.
For example I've got 91 mystery boxes right now... but no single key to open them!

As it seem that is not balanced the amount of both items... what if those keys also appears in the treasure boxes as prize? I mean, in treasure boxes you can find (not easily) a lot of stuff, but some of them can be easily acquired somewhere else (like the Ultra Balls, that can be bought in the game center).

Changing any of those prizes (I took the Ultra Balls as example) for keys won't be an easy going way to get them, you also need to spend a lot of time, game chips (and patience) to win something, and it won't assure you to get a good prize inside the mystery boxes, but at least give you some more chances to open those unused mystery boxes

Is your suggestion swap out one of the prizes in the boxes for keys?

If so then I don't support. No one said getting keys was easy think of it as a challenge. Not everything on this site has to be easy you know?

I do support. Treasure Chests is by no means an easy game, and it provides a more accessible but still difficult method of getting Keys. I'm not quite sure how you managed to get that many Boxes without Keys, though. o.o

@queen pumpkaboo, that's exactly what I'm suggesting.

But I don't think doing this will make keys easy to get. I play really A LOT in the treasure chest section, and I can say it's not easy to get a prize.
And the purpose of doing this is not getting keys in an easy way as I said in the suggestion. It's a way to balance the amount of boxes and keys that now are completely unbalanced

But if your suggestion is to swap out one item for another then what about that item? Where will it go? What happens to the odds for that item after you swap it out? Who decides what item is to be gotten rid of for keys? I mean don't get me wrong I'm sitting on a pile of boxes right now, but I think this suggestion is based around the rumbling event and people wanting to unlock their boxes because now maps might be in them.

This just seems like a suggestion fueled by the event which is another reason I don't support. It seems like a biased suggestion because everyone wants to unlock their boxes for maps and changing a Treasure Box prize for keys just for that seems biased.

Loketoke has 91 Boxes and 0 Keys. Another user has ~50 Boxes and 0 Keys. I think that this suggestion is needed for slightly more than just the event. ^^'

Noobly Face, that is SPAM, and should NOT be posted here.

Quotethen what about that item? Where will it go?

That's why I talk about the Ultra Balls that can also be bought on the game center for 1200 Game Chips
QuoteWhat happens to the odds for that item after you swap it out?

In the UltraBall example it would gave you just a 2.5% chance to get that item it's not a high percentage
QuoteWho decides what item is to be gotten rid of for keys?

That's obvious, riako as owner of the site has the last word for everything here
Quote I think this suggestion is based around the rumbling event and people wanting to unlock their boxes because now maps might be in them

In fact is not. It takes me a lot writing anything in English, I have to spent a lot of time in google translator to write just a few lines, and during the week most of the time I'm connected at work were I can't do such a thing.
I thought about this before the releasing of the event, but I decided to wait till the weekend to write the suggestion (as I'm at home, and I have all the time to do whatever I want to do ;) ). The rumbling event releasing was just a coincidence
Btw, and just as a comment, I'm the first one that likes things not being too easy. One of the things I like from games is when I need a hard work to get something. But here that's not the point, I'm talking about lots of treasure boxes that are useless as there's no way to get enough keys to open them. I think it's a better solution that raising up the ratio of finding keys in rumble I guess

EDIT: Damn, I think I did something wrong with the quote thing. I hope everything is clear

According to someone's feed; There's an user who has 162 boxes un-opened. I can also proof I have around 65 boxes sitting on my item bag :p

Truly, it's difficult to get keys on rumbling areas; funny fact is gold keys are so easy to get while gold boxes are so difficult, and vice versa with all the other colours. I can understand that if you said you had like 10-20 un-opened and no keys, that would sound pretty reasonable, as it could also be the other way (common keys and uncommon boxes), but seriously, I don't think having about 100 boxes with no keys is normal :p Of course it's luck based, but...I don't know. I think I support.
Also you don't really need to make keys on treasure chests common; once you get the correct chest, you've got a 50% of getting chips right? I'm not saying making them that common, they could even be less common than the valuable rare items that I think are a 5%.

I give support in another way to find keys, since it does seem like there are a looooot more boxes than keys in such a large scale difference. The two numbers should be at least a little similar in my opinion. But, I don't think that'll be changed. So getting a chance at a key in the treasure box game sounds fair. (Especially considering how many plays of that game it seems most users get before getting even one win)

So full support from me. (and not just because of the event. I've thought that I've just had bad luck with the rumble missions and wind up selling off a lot of boxes when I have around a 40 boxes and no keys for them)

It sounds kinda funny/paradoxical to find a key in a treasure chest :D
And I agree that this wouldn't unbalance the game in any way, because - as loketoke said - it's very hard to find a prize in the chests.
So I wouldn't mind adding this. (Unless someone has got very convincing arguments against this :b)

Riako: Then I must cause funny paradoxes in my room :p I actually have a small plastic chest that holds keys to other storage things under my bed... And that one is locked with a key that I keep on a bookshelf XD Good luck to anyone who wants to get into my locked boxes.

So I look forward to when this might be added :3
