I support. I mean, people SHOULD read the rules before entering these kinds of thing, but of course some don't and they just waltz in the chat spamming and what not. And then they think the mods are picking on them when it's stated in the rules. And then create drama for their stupidity.

I like Bourkey's first idea about posting them when you enter the chat. That doesn't clutter it, and it works perfectly, so I give that idea my full support!

Maybe Riako could make a bot account that is always in chat, and it links to the herochat rules? The bot would probably not say anything, and would only remind users about the rules if no Moderators/Chat Moderators were active in chat
