You have to 'use' the Soothe Bell on the Togepi, not 'give' it.

Can someone please help me?
Checking on bulbnapedia, it says the only requirement for a Zoroak is to have zoroa reach level 30. Currently hes at level 32 but still hasn't evolved. Am I missing or doing something incorrectly?
Edit: Nevermind, It looks like he evolved while I was posting...:/

Just wait for them to restock. Also, the offer rotates on a daily basis. So if there aren't Sun Stones today, maybe there will be tomorrow. ^^

Bug:I had a Male Froslass and gave it to the Owner of PH Helpers.If possible Make it glalie or Snorurt.

Edit:I think DutchTigress(Spelled wrong i think) is the Owner of PH Helpers.Let me check messages.
Edit:I cannot find who it is.But i remember i sold a Male froslass.

Sliggoo evolves at level 50; however is has to be raining. So whenever the weather Castform in the upper right corner of the page (in your userbar) shows their rain form, you can evolve your Sliggoo intro Goodra. ^^

You're wrong about Kirlia into Gallade cause I have a female Gallade
You're wrong about evolving Poliwhirl into Politoed and SlowPoke into Slowking too u don't need to trade you only have to use it

I think there's a bug in the gender-specific evolution... Maybe the system doesn't care about the gender, only about type and method...
