I think the only way to evolve milcery is spinning the wheel of fortune in the Game Center and if the said milcery is holding an item that decides what type the milcery will be. For the second question, check here.

@Umbreonpanda thank you! Do you know how we get the candy for milcery? I didn't see that in the evolution post, just the different types.

The sweets it needs to hold, are a possible prize at the Wheel of Fortune.
The sweet decides the decoration, if you want a specific flavour/swirl, check out the Milcery evolution wiki-page.

You can, you give it the sweet you want as decoration. If it's not holding a sweet, it won't evolve.

Yes, but if you spin the wheel when they're not holding a sweet, it won't work.

You can compare it to Scyther into Scizor. You need to trade them while they're holding a Metal Coat. It's a two-step evolution,.

Instead of trading, you spin the Wheel for Milcery.

So you get the candy by spinning the wheel <i>without</i> the candy? Then you spin it again while milcery holds the candy?

I'm asking where you get the sweets from. I know milcery has to hold it to evolve. I'm sorry if that wasn't clear.

Yes, the Sweet is a possible prize from the Wheel. The Wheel is used for both obtaining Sweets and getting Milcery to evolve.

Once you land on a sweet and give that to a Milcery, it will evolve with the next spin.

to evolve pokemon into their giga forms, lv them up to 100 and use the appropriate no of dynamax crystals
Snom evolves into Frosmoth when leveling up during the nighttime while holding a Soothe Bell

I'm confused by the Hisuian pokèmon? I have a Sneasel and a Qwilfish that should technically be able to evolve in the games, but won't here on pokéheroes - no mention of them in the evolution guide either?

From the Wiki:

Rockruff evolves into Lycanroc (Midday) starting at level 25 during the daytime
Rockruff evolves into Lycanroc (Midnight) starting at level 25 during the nighttime

And it evolves into Lycanroc (Dusk) when you use a Dusk Stone on it.
