no more berries from rumbling
Forum-Index → Suggestions → Rejected → no more berries from rumblingCorrect me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the reason you don't want the berries anymore is because you want more gems, boxes, and keys. But these items are supposed to be rare and hard to find, it's part of the challenge of the game. If everything was easy to get then there wouldn't be much point to the game.
And, when you think about it, if you get 12 berries each time you rumble, and you rumble 3 times a day, that would be 720pd (at the most common resale price of 20pd per berry). After 1 week, that would be 5,040pd, after a month 20,160pd. It does add up after a while.
never mind, I see that while I was editing my post, carpetmonster was editing his. Please ignore :P

Personally, I've got over 3500+ of them. I find them very useful. I can feed them to my Pokemon, making them gain more EXP. There is also an increased chance to get Golden game chips, and Pokedollars.
Why would you want to get rid of something which could be very useful for some people but not useful for just you. If you don't like receiving them, keep them. Just let them sit in your Item Bag until you do find a use for them.
You're not forced to use them, but you're acting like you are...
If the berry system is removed from Rumbling, finding rare items like Boxes, Star Pieces, Gems and keys chances will be increased. In fact, you can even find berries in boxes, so what would be the point?
Also, the Berry Feeding category in the Medal Rally - some users may not be able to participate since they can't get berries through rumbling.
Now to be realistic. Pokemon do need to be fed, not just trained with. It would make no sense if we couldn't feed Pokemon.
Overall. I still do not support this. This would just change the game.
