I think the Pokemon for the Dex Filling of Kalos would be Volcanion or Hoopa , but I think Diancie is better for this.

also, Diancie should come mega able and if you breed her with Ditto you can get a normal one.

Given the fact that Kanto and Johto give you megable Mewtwo eggs, im pretty sure Riako already has a megable Diancie being the Kalos reward in mind.

Kalos is currently incompletable because it's not even a complete dex by itself. Carbink does not yet exist within the dex, and without Carbink, Kalos is not complete.

@absolluver this is the main point of the suggestion...

Well I think we will need to wait Gen 6 to be fully completed in original games to be able to fill Kalos Dex.

Ok I will try to explain in a more detailed way

Carbink isn't in Ph yet, like DorkyDelphox said, also there is most likely to be X and Y sequels coming soon and there is a chance of getting another wave of Pokemon, because of how small the Kalos dex is.

To people not supporting because certain Pokemon(like Carbink) aren't on site. Before when all Rotom forms, the second form of Cherubi, and Relicanth were not available, you could still "complete" the pokedex. The Pokedex wasn't technically completed but it was enough to satisfy Rowan and to give you the region sticker and legendary....so just because it's not onsite doesn't mean that this suggestion doesn't have the chance of happening soon. Admittedly, I can't help but think that they're(as in GameFreak) also going to add in more for the Kalos dex, so it would probably be better to wait for the inevitable seventh generation games to come out before doing something like this.

Anyway about the suggestion itself. I really don't see a need to support or not to support simply because it's more than likely going to happen anyway. Kalos does need a sticker like the others, and Diancie is the perfect candidate for the prize.

I don't know about this being a suggestion, because, I mean, I believe this isn't something that Riako hasn't thought of, but more something that he just hasn't gotten to yet... If ya know what I mean. Just a passing thought~

Anyways, this suggestion is just like asking to hurry up making the new Dex to get a prized Pokemon as soon as possible. It's already going to happen sooner or later. Patience is key.

Im neutral because eventually there will be more pokemon in the kalos region and we mioght find a pokemon that is a better prize for the dex some day and since they're adding new kalos pokemon it will become increasingly harder to complete it and won't be fair to the people who complete it after the early birds.
