I have came up with a suggestion-

I don't see why not. This could easily be added with a minor update. It doesn't really have anything negative it could result in. So yeah. Support.

That will not work for performance reasons. Searching for mega-ables in the database would simply take too long - it would take multiple seconds to load a clicklist.
And I don't see a point how this "cost" would be worth the result :/
