I'd have to say that shiny Mega Gardevoir and shiny Mega Rayquaza are my favorites.

My favorite shiny mega would most certainly have to be Shiny Mega Sceptile.

The colors look really pretty. Also I'm a bit biased since the non-shiny form is one of my favorites.
