You cannot sell your progens. The only option is to exalt them, if you don't want them anymore, or scatterscroll them, like FenneCake said.

Most people say they regret exalting their progens, so I'd hold off on that!

I exalted my random progen because I just hated her so much.

My tundra however, I still love him <3
(Though I don't like any gene combo but basic on him :P )

Exalting progenes just gives you only 1 treasure so it's not worth it D:
