They didn't use to, but it was changed some weeks ago. That may be why you're getting contradictory information.

MistyJagger, you can get an egg from the fossil in Ancient Cave. Power linked it, however you can't access it until trainer level 10.

They don't. I've hatched a Regirock egg during my hunts and they didn't break my chain.

Other quiestion, when you buy nuggets for real money, it says 100 nuggets for 1 dollar, small or big nuggets?

it means 100 small nuggets - 100 small nuggets make up one big nugget, so one big nugget is one dollar

It is because Everstones are very important for completing the Pokédex, so people buy them all.

~Q: Is it possible to get Ditto by breeding? ... I know you can breed Ditto with genderless pokemons (Jirachi, Kyogre,...etc.) but can you breed Ditto and Jirachi and get Ditto egg?

Legenderies cannot be bred.
Ditto's cannot be bred.
Ditto can breed with other Pokemon species to make that pokemon. (Not the Ditto).

Legenderies cannot be bred by Ditto because they have no egg group.

Are shinies as rare in Poke Heroes as they are in game?
Because I'm brand new and I hatched a shiny in my first 6 Pokémon...

You were pretty lucky, then! I don't know the exact chances but yes, there's only a slim chance to hatch Shiny Pokémon from random eggs. However, you can increase your chances of hatching a certain Shiny Pokémon by using the PokéRadar. See here for more information.
