Every sprite you make here can be used for a pokesona, a pokesona isn't exactly a completely different style of spriting. A pokesona can just be a recolored pokemon w/ accessories and what-not. Mewgon mentions fusing, which you know how to. She also want you to pick 4 pokemon that represents her and tweak them a bit, which, you can do. Since it's technically what you've been doing as you make these orders; tweaking a pokemon(s).
