Basically, your a fakemon. All the humans and pokemon were wiped out and left Arceus to mourn his losses. He created new pokemon, but the price was his life. He created one pokemon that could rule over the skies, and called it Mewthree. He didn't agree with Mewtwo but his kind was the only solution.

Rouge shook his fur coat and glared at the sun. His eyes were used to the bright rays of the golden sun, he wouldn't even flinch like most. The small dog's feathers were orange, meaning he felt happy and relaxed.
