Okay so, I started a lottery in order to get Dark Gems, but just like my trade shop, it's a complete bust right now, and I don't know why.
Do people just not have Dark Gems?
Is 10 Dark Gems too much per ticket? (Really shouldn't be, though, I've seen people ask for 40+ Gems and still get a lot of entries).
Are the prizes not good enough? I thought 500 Nuggets was a good prize, and some of the others..
It kinda discourages me, that no one wants to sell me Dark Gems. Of course I get donated some, and I'm thankful for that, but no on ever sells them to me, and I don't know why. ;~;

I think the problem with the Dark Gem, is comparable to the problem with Ice Gems: there was a period they couldn't be rumbled (because of a coding-error), and a lot of users still don't know that it has been fixed, quite some time ago.
An additional problem is also that, I think, most users, if they need Grass/Normal, they go to the windy prairie, because Flying Gems are more wanted than Dark Gems (from what I notice)
I don't think 10 gems is too much, and the prizes seem interesting enough ^^

After checking the shiny sprites, I'd probably start with Charizard (for X) or Gengar, because they're the only that actually have a different colour scheme in their mega forme than in their 'normal' forme, and I love them for it :)
(I didn't count the lati@s and weather trio, because they need a Forme Change Item, not a bubble ;) )

I had started the hunt not too long after it was released, and I had just gotten in to a chain of 400 when someone hatched a Shiny Mega-Able Treecko at an early chain.. so I gave up. I figured, I was going for the first on site but didn't get it, so why continue?
Well I changed my mind later on after that, and decided that time to build up a Gem hoard. And well, I had gotten in to the 30k range of Grass Gems, when someone else hatched a Shiny Mega-Able Treecko at an early chain...
So I decided to start the chain with only the Daycare, and then use the Gems later on, AND, we all know how that went.
