When I was battling with Jackling just a minute ago, my Camrupt moved twice on it's own, and it even ignored an attack, and let Jackling attack twice in a row, THEN it asked me what will I do next after ignoring my command, as a result, I lost....that's just unfair!

It definitely was not, I was connected and my Camrupt didn't do as I told it to..

Hmmm... maybe, just maybe, there is a glitch here. Did you disconnect from the battle at any point? And if so, was it before, or after?

Yes, I disconnected to try and restart the battle, and I know Riako, but the battle's over already, so I can't get one =/

May be because of pokemon speed. In pokemon game,that happen when you pokemon speed is double to your opponent

Unfortunately, without battle log, we can't really verify anything nor look for a possible solution. An older thread, with repeat-attacks (and a screenshot of it) was already revived.
