Some people blocks a person quickly and most of us dislike being blocked for misunderstandings.
So apology letters would be an item with high prices like 100k pd or 100 nugget or so, so that you cannot SPAM
it.You can write your reasons or apologies like pm.And at the end of the letter,the receiver can have 2 options "Accept apology" (unblock that person) and "Ignore" Users can send only 1 apology letter to the reciever a day and only 3 letters maximum

GE/GTS mods
In Global Trade Station and Gem Exchanges,I have seen many useless trades like 5 water gem => 1 one dragon gems or request ditto for easy rarity pokemon. So they are very annoying and cause a lot a time wasting to skip those.So there will be a new staff section for trade mods and GE mods which will allow to delete unfair trades ,gem exchanges and trade that have been set up for long time or the user who set up got banned or left pokeheroes.

trade comment

This feature will allow user to talk about the trade whether they are interested in something like
Set a pokemon→ offer PD → another person who interest ask how much would he interest or other fair offers. That way people won't get any "do you like to trade _____ for ____ anymore.
