Ichigo watched at the entertaining scene when the Deino girl came up the he-oo-man. She looked at the Deino girl and smiled. "We'll save our introductions for later and you can tell me what happened but for now don't hurt him...yet" She said and smirked at the trainer. "Now I'm sure you don't feel so strong since most of your Pokemon are male and I can use attract which can probably even effect you," she said, grinned at him and winked "My name's Ichigo, I am an Eevee! Now answer my questions who are you and how are you controlling those Pokemon!"

( I have to go to bed soon but I might be able to get one more post in :) )

Luthra could tell that Lein was obviously beyond happy. In the corner of her eye she could see two girls walk up and start talking to the Furret and Minun. Lein asked about their dad, and she thought back to that day all those years ago when she had said goodbye to her father.

"He's fine. I think. I haven't seen him in a while... Years, actually." she tumbled out. Man, she was bad at speaking to people! Luckily, the Gijinka was mostly content just to talk at her while she listened.

She tried to remember back before her mother disappeared, and only came up with a few blurred faces and a general feeling of happiness. Of course she had been two, so she shouldn't remember much from that time.

Artemis rubbed the smooth object between two fingers. "Why does a child obey its parents?" He said, "I took care of these Pokemon after they hatched from eggs. Their parents were gone, and I was the one that fed them and played with them. We grew very close, you see. And when it came time for me to leave the house, Chaol insisted that he come with me. Huttser, Palla, and Chirin, too. And I didn't hurt them at all. I've treated them all as best as I could. I don't control them, they choose to obey me. If they didn't like me, they could choose to eliminate me in a second, if they wanted to. But, they don't."

(It was going to be longer, but I have to go.)

Ichigo's gaze softened, her anger burned out and she smiled. She remembered how her parents left her and a tear streamed down her cheek. "I'm glad that's why they listen to you but, you still have'nt told me your name" she said and remembered his wound "Also, how's your wound? Did the oran berry help?" Ichigo was tired so she sat down and leaned against the tree. She looked at the Deino gijinika's still intense gaze at the trainer. "You'll also have to tell me what happened between you two after," Ichigo said and giggled "and the comment that made this girl so mad."

Takumi whistled as he walked out of the trees and into the area where Artemis was. "Ahhh. It's you." he said with a cheery tune. "Artemis right? I'm pretty sure that's your name. Someone said it on the boat." he said. Looking around he saw the Deino girl from earlier and one that seemed to be....an eevee?

He laughed. "Man what did you do to piss off her?" he asked him, pointing at Di. After a minute, he calmed down and turned to look at the two girls. "Hi, I'm Takumi, and I assure you I'll have better manners then him." he said with a smile, indicating Artemis. "Can you tell me your names? I was also wondering if you could give us some more information."

It was then that Hikaru fell face first onto the ground in front of them. "Ouch..." he muttered, sitting up, his ears alert for any sounds. When he looked up he grinned. "It's both the he-oo-mans!" he explained happily. He quickly ran over to Chaol, wanting to know if he'd let him climb on him.

Di felt her eye twitch. This he-oo-man could make up all the lies he wanted, and no one would ever know. There was no way she would ever let her guard down around this thing. If the pokemon didn't like he-oo-mans, she couldn't like them either.

When the other one came tromping through, she really wanted to Crunch something, get out her frustration. Great Latias, two of them?! How many more of these things were invading the island?!! Grudgingly, though, she admitted this one was a lot less frustrating.

"My names Diana, call me Di," she grumbled. When the Shinx kid from early came running out, she sighed. "Kid, you looking for trouble or something?" Of course, if this kid was going to be stupid, she wasn't going to be the one saving his skin anymore.

Lein finally registered that the others had left. "Damn, I meant to help those girls..." he considered. But they seemed to know where they were going, so he trusted them to handle themselves. And speaking of helping them... "Hey, have you heard of these 'he-oo-man' things yet? They're like us, except they're not related to pokemon. The pokemon around here don't like them, and I'm not quite sure what to make of them."

Takumi smiled. "Nice to meet Di." he said, before looking over at Hikaru. "Oh I don't think he's stupid. Just curious is all. Many people would think that's a fine trait to have." he said, before tossing Reiji and Rairakku's pokeballs in the air. "Reiji. Rairakku." he said, watching with a soft smile on his face, as they approached Hikaru.

Hikaru smiled, before running over to the two, petting them. "Reiji seems to like you as well as Rairakku Hikaru." Takumi said as the Umbreon and Espeon took turns lightly head butting him, trying to get his attention. Hikaru laughed, before using both hands to pet them.

Ichigo heard heard leaves crunch as someone was coming over. On instinct she stood up into the tree she was under. She saw another he-oo-man and she relaxed. She lay on the branch and lazily hung her tail over. "Hi there, I'm Ichigo and I'm guessing that the kid is Hikaru" she looked at the shinx boy and said "you know those two Rei and Akane were looking for you little one."

She jumped down from the tree and said to Takumi "So I'm guessing you already know what we are and you seemed to take it better than your dense friend over there."

She jumped over next to Di and whispered giggling a little bit "Now that I now your name you have to tell me what happened that got you so mad. I can tell you still don't trust him so what did he do."

Suddenly Takumi sent out his Umbreon and Espeon and tears began to run down Ichigo's face. Her parents were an Umbreon and Espeon but she hasn't seen any since her parents left her. She step behind Di so she didn't have to see the two pokemon as she cried quietly.

"Rei-neechan and Akane-neechan are somewhere like always. They're probably fighting like always." Hikaru said as he played with Reiji and Rairakku. It was obvious he didn't know that Ichigo was upset.

Takumi chuckled at Ichigo's comments, at Artemis. It was kinda true. He did understand what was going on a bit before he did. He turned around to say something when he noticed she was crying, before she slipped behind Di.

His eyes widened. Quickly, he walked over to her. "Are you okay? What's wrong. Did I do something that upset you?" he asked, worried. He really hoped he didn't upset her...

Takumi stepped towards her and as he got closer her the Espeon and Umbreon followed. Ichigo started stepping back pulling Di with her. Once she took multiple steps backward she was able to spit out a few words "Th-the Espeon a-and Um-umbreon." She turned her head a jumped when she realized how close she had gotten to Artemis. She moved back even more and sat down, head in her knees on the wall of the observatory.

Luthra noticed that everyone but them had left. She hoped that the Furret and Minun had found the Audino that they were looking for. Her Oran Berry had helped, but it hadn't healed the girl completely. She heard her brother say something about them, and realized that he must have just noticed their disappearance too.

He looked back over at her and asked if she had heard of the... "he-oo-man things" yet. She shook her head, confused. What was a he-oo-man? He quickly explained that they were like them, but not related to Pokemon. What kind of a creature was that?! And if the Pokemon didn't like them, then how could they be like Gijinkas?

"That must be what scared that Starly earlier..." she thought out loud. She didn't like the sound of these strange "he-oo-mans," and didn't want them on her island. She would protect it against anything that threatened her or the other Gijinkas and Pokemon. But she couldn't just go charging in by herself. She didn't know how many of them there were yet, and if there was more than one or two she might not be high enough level for it. What she needed was a fighting force. Then she might be able to get these "he-oo-mans" off the island. But before she tried anything, she would need to study them.

"Will you take me to them?" she asked, looking up at Lein.

Takumi nodded before returning them to their pokeballs. He sighed, and sat down in front of the wall, with his legs crossed. "There. They're gone now. Are you okay?" he asked. Why was she so upset over an Umbreon and Espeon...Unless....He looked closer at her. She was an eevee....Did that mean that her parents were an Umbreon and Espeon? "Did they remind you of your parents...?" he asked softly, taking a chance and hoping he didn't mess up and make her even more upset.

Rosanna let out a little sigh of relief. Aramina looked much better! Seeing this, she started to calm down a bit. Whatever pulses of electricity she made in her nervous state were gone. She was very glad that they were able to find the Audino quickly.

It seemed, to her, that Aramina was a good leader. Maybe it was just because the Furret Gijinka had pulled her around so much. Glancing around, she again realized how quiet the forest had grown. Besides the Audino munching on berries, there hadn't been any noise at all. Her voice broke the silence.
"I think...the Pokémon are still scared of those funny creatures that were on the beach. A-Aramina? Should we go back to where the Luxray Gijinka was?"

Ichigo looked up at him when he put the pokemon away when suddenly he said "Did they remind you of your parents...?" She jumped up startled by the comment yelled "HOW DO YOU KNOW!? I KNEW YOU HE-OO-MAN'S WERE HIDING SOMETHING! YOUR PSYCHIC! WELL STOP READING MY MIND!" she ran over by Di and stood behind her again. She wiped tears from he face but more came and didn't stop.

"Please don't take out those pokemon again" she whispered loud enough for him to hear with pleading eyes "and don't read my mind again,please."

Di was quite confused with the Eevee's reaction as well, but assumed it was the fact she hadn't seen the little circular cages that the pokemon were kept in before. It didn't matter much the reason, though. She stayed defensively between Tah-koo-me and Ichigo. When he retracted the pokemon, she didn't feel any better. And as he spoke to the girl, she stayed right there, ready to Crunch his arm at the first sign that Ichigo might want her to. When she scrambled behind Di again, the Deino took a more defensive stance and took a threatening step forward. "Back off, or I swear I'll make you!" she promised.

Lein sighed. "Yeah, probably. Wherever they go, the pokemon seem to leave. I think I heard someone say something about the haunted place. It seems the two we know of are there. C'mon, I'll show you. I told off one of them already, but some Deino girl was handling the stronger one. Somehow she came off fine, I believe," he recounted to her. He started off at a lazy walk, to make sure she was coming. But by Zapdoz, if any one of those things touched her, he'd have it's head for dinner.

Takumi's eyes widened. "I can't read your mind. I swear." he said, raising his hands up. "And I won't. I promise I won't. I took a guess. You're an eevee....What was it...gijinka right? You reacted badly to Reiji and Rairakku, so I assumed it was your parents." he said., staying where he was on the ground. If she wanted to be far away then he'd let her.

Rei sighed and dropped down from the branch she was on. Seconds later Akane skidded to a halt beside her. The two looked around. "Now what?" Rei moaned, not knowing what they where going to do. It was all so confusing.

Akane shrugged, before she looked around and realized she knew the Furret and Minun gijinka in front of them. "Rei, it's those two again."

"Huh?" Rei said, turning around. Her eyes widened a fraction. "Ah, we know you two!" she said with a smile.

The fact that he couldn't read minds allowed her to calm down a bit she stepped out from behind Di who just being there made Ichigo feel better "Okay, I believe you but if you try to pull one of them on me I will be sure to learn covet to take away all of your round cages." She turned to Di "Thank you for helping." She stepped toward him so it didn't seem like she was showing fear. "So what are those cages with the pokemon in them," she said trying to stop crying and smile.

Takumi smiled softly at her show of bravery. "Don't worry. You can only have six at a time. I have six." he said, and lifted the bottom of his jacket and shirt to show them the six pokeballs on his belt.

He turned his head from side to side, making a cracking noise and he sighed in comfort. "That's better." he said. "They aren't cages. Where I'm from, we call them pokeballs." he said and picked up Kyuzo's pokeball in it's small form. "This is the form we keep the pokeball in normally." he explained and pressed the button in the middle, causing the pokeball to grow. "This is the form the pokeball needs to be in to either send out a pokemon, or to try and capture one." he said and tossed the pokeball into the air above him.

Dear Darkrai, that Ichigo was way more trusting than Di was. The girl was traumatized one second, then Tah-koo-me says something and she totally believes him! Annoyed, she stood upright again, arms crossed in front of her and making it clear she was still not happy being here. At the Eevee's question, she snorted. "Cruel..." she muttered her own reply before the human spoke, not caring that she wasn't the one spoken to. She eyed the ball suspiciously as he tossed it, taking a step away.

Sable led the way for Seya, stopping every so often to sniff and listen. At some point, the pokemon suddenly dived into a little holed in the ground, dragging out a rather terrified Drilbur. Smirking, she expanded the masterball in her hand and tossed it at her victim. The pokemon disappeared in a flash. Sable quickly returned the now filled ball.

The ground started to rumble, and suddenly the large steel claws of an Excadrill appeared behind her. "C-Crap! Sable!" she ordered, trying to keep her balance and run away from her attacker. The dark purple pokemon snickered, then suddenly grabbed one massive claw, yanking it until the pokemon was above ground. With a few attacks, the pokemon was still, passed out from exhaustion. Sable retured to Seya, not even tired in the least. Now, though, she could hear voices in the distance.

"Others from the ship? Let's go Sable!" she broke off into a run, not even waiting for Sable to respond. The pokemon tried to get in a warning, but just sighed and followed it's master, planning to stop her before she got in trouble.

((EDIT: So you know, she hears the group of girl gijinkas, Rei, Rosanna, etc.))

Kyuzo let out a small roar as he landed next to Takumi, stretching his muscles. It had been a while since he'd been outside.

Takumi smiled. "This is my partner. Kyuzo, the Typhlosion. He's been with me ever since we were kids." he said standing up, and patting Kyuzo on the arm. "When a pokemon trainer captures a pokemon in a pokeball, the trainer tries to befriend them, and get them to listen to them. Sometimes a pokemon doesn't want to listen to the trainer so the trainer releases it, and it goes back into the wild. Now not everybody does that, some try to force the pokemon to listen, but not many do that I believe." he said. "The pokeball was made so that when a pokemon is inside, they have plenty of room. They're not squished or trapped. Sometimes pokemon even come out of a pokeball on their own." he said, and looked down as he watched as Furaito and Kusa came out on their own.

Takumi put his arm out to the side and watched as Furaito landed on his arm and calmly started to look around. Kusa stayed by his feet, watching everyone with a seemingly uninterested look.

Rei blinked, looking around. "Akane did you..." she said softly.

The Mightyena gijinka nodded, and took a step closer to the two girls by them. Rei did the same. The two were tense as they scanned their surroundings, looking for any possible sign of danger.
