The title says it all.

Maybe it's just me (again) but I think it would be rather useful to have an option to direct link feeds. Just like the tiny button you have on forum posts →

Because .. let's say you wanted to show a specific feed to someone. To do so, you currently have to go like: 'here's a link of user X's profile, check out their latest feed' or 'check out user X's feed about [theme]', which pretty much .. well, sucks.
So a direct link would give you the feed and user comments in a new tab.

You know how when someone posts a feed, you get it in your notifications, right?
Then you click on the comments and it opens up the popup that shows the feed and all the comments?

Well, the direct link would open that part of the feed in a new window/tab.



So that would have a link, and using the link, people can read and reply to specific feeds. It would also be useful for users posting reminders, so that they can link to the original feed for ease of access.

Total support! I can see this being used in the hashtag contest thread in case there's too much info, or when you want to share an interesting feed with a friend, or (hopefully not) showing a rule-breaking feed to the moderators.

I'm sorta neutral.

People can always use screen-capture programmes (eg. Lightshot), but then this feature would make sharing feeds and hashtags much more easier.

I guess I support, but it's subject to change.

dont really agree with the light shot thing pony said since not everyone uses it, can use it, knows how to, or just don't like it, etc.

This would help for feeds that you need to like/comment on

Also, it would help for people like Zellane who make feeds about commenting your Oak Contest pokemon
She makes two feeds, the first feed is where you comment, and the second feed is the actual share part
Instead of writing 'previous feed', she could write 'this feed' and link the feed
