earlier a friend and I were talking and he wanted to be able to gift me some game chips like you can with pd or nuggets so I think this might be a nice thing for people who have a bunch of uneeded ones to gift some to their friends who need them.

No support, sorry. People could use this to bypass the limit on the game chips that you can buy, by buying some, giving them to a friend to hold onto, buying more and so on until they have enough for the various prizes, then the friend simply sends them back.
If you have unwanted gc, then use them to buy stuff from the prize exchange, then sell them at the item shop for the pd.

This has been suggested and rejected before.
I prefer keeping the Game Center a Singleplayer game where you actually have to work for the Game Chips & the Prizes (though the prizes can be traded).
In my opinion, not everything on PokeHeroes needs to be a community-based feature :) There are already many many ways to send/retrieve items, money, Pokémon etc. etc. from user to user.

No support. Just like JustMe said, an user could use this to their own advantage. If a player does what JustMe said would happen, then they would also be able to get the Pokemon from the Prize Center easily if they had the PD. So no support, this would make players very lazy and getting a lot of game chips isn't supposed to be easy.
