Riako, so the Mewtwo's and Mega Mewtwo's that some players (including me) won earlier are non-tradeable. That means that we will have a duplicate of, let's say Mega Mewtwo X (like in my case). And we cannot trade him, although that's the thing I was going to do when they will be available for everyone... Wouldn't it be possible to trade only the ones obtained before this event/new content?

No, they come without the Stone. You have to get them yourself to mega-evolve them.
