Do you mean the Mega Bubble? I guess it will have a chance to hatch mega-able like other Pokemon, but it won't carry a Mega Stone.

No, you can't trade them ;) This affects all of the named Pokémon - no matter how you got them.

Question about the forme-change items...

Do you have to find the Legendary before they show up in the wonder missions or do they show up randomly always?

I've collected several Forme Change items already, but I don't have the legendary to use them on. (So I'm guessing they always appear, whether you have the legendary pokémon or not)

Can we still complete the pokedex if we don't have the pokedex pokemon? (All the pokemon on that list except the legendary given from rowan?)
