Sparkz was still absorbing sunlight when the clouds turned grey. It had started to rain! "Oh no, we're getting all wet." However, there was only 2 Pokémon that were enjoying the rain. Ayla, Inteleon, because it was a water type and Sparkz, since his ability was dry skin.

Clover returned to the Pokemon center for a break. "I need to find out more about that black chip, how it works, and if it's still controlling other legendaries." She explained to Gladion.

Fae started playing with Moody, still not speaking.

Clover went back to her corner in the Pokemon center to do research, specifically on Mewtwo and its recent sightings, status updates, and such. Maybe it could tell her about the black chip further, then she realised Pokemon can't talk.

"Well, we'd better get inside," said Allay to her Pokémon. "Hey, there's a light there! There could be shelter." she added, and then headed towards it. "Hey look! It's a Pokécenter!" she exclaimed, and stepped inside.

Oliver continued to explore the city alone, he was still trying to remember what happened back at Hoenn, all he could remember is that there was a burning sunlight and chaos.

Jasper sighed, as he continued to look at the docks for someone he knew.

AJ was hanging out at the docks with an extended map in her arm, she had only an umbrella to keep her dry. She watched as her Lucario kept Kirlia dry. Luxray, Garhomp, and Zoroark were all trying to stay under one umbrella but parts of Luxray and Garchomp weren't under the umbrella. She continued walking until Empoleon poked her and pointed towards a nearby pokemon center. She ushered the rest of her pokemon to the center and sat down on a bench near the corner, "The rain was nice wasn't it Rayne?" She asked the Empoleon, the only response she got was a soft cooing sound. She grinned like the cheshire cat itself and then watched as her other pokemon shook off some of the water.

Jasper also saw the pokemon center and decided to stay in there to wait. When he got there to took out his phone and tried calling Professor Rowan, "Darn, no answer..." He said to himself sadly as he sat down and took off his glasses.

Clover found a few articles on Mewtwo, specifically it's origins. Reading it she took notes on her pokedex, and checking on Articuno's location.

Gladion sent the Aether further instructions, like publishing a report on the black chip and sharing it with other regions

Inside the pokecente, the TV started to flicker on and off. Outside, lightning flahed in the storm. The tv seemed to stop at a news channel. "The heavy rains are picking up in the Vermillion area.... what is.. that?" the news broadcaster seemed to be standing at the docks, but seemed to spot a giant black shadow in the distance. "Is that a... whale?"

Emika and her Pokemon had made it to the Pokemon Center just as the rain started. They were simply watching the other trainers for the time being. Hearing the news, she began theorizing what Pokemon the broadcaster had spotted. "Perhaps a Wailmer or a Wailord? Then again, with how things have been going... It could be the legendary Kyogre..." She hugged Leia and Fen closer to herself, Lavender having made itself comfortable around her feet...

"It's giant! it seems to be almost double the size of a wailord... and this storm seems to be caused by this giant whale! It must be the legendary pokemon, Kyogre! But what is it doing here?"

Admin, who had just arrived back in Vermillion, noticed that tehre was a thunderstorm oing on. "... what the hell. why's it raining...?"

Upon hearing the news, Clover rushed outside and looked at the rain. "Another rouge legendary?" she asked herself, before realizing she'd have to investigate things herself. Thankfully in Alola she had picked up a vital skill of cruising over waves.

"Primarina! Let's go investigate!" She called out her starter pokemon, who already hopped into the water. She then had Gladion's Zoroark take the form of Mantine so she could surf alongside Primarina. "Raichu and Noivern, follow me. Lycanroc and Tsareena, make sure Salazzle is okay, she hates rain remember?"

After a while, she commanded Primarina to lead the way, following on the disguised Mantine.
Fae just looked at the TV, with no expressions or whatever.
