Sighing as Lauriam finished up caring the the burnt forest, the
very tried dragon lumbered back to the glade to rest. Upon arriving
though, Lauriam was greeted to the trees anxiously calling, telling
Lauriam about a midnight coloured dragon that had flown up into the
sky and had been struck by something big. Groaning, Lauriam really
didn't feel like helping and instead gently butted heads with the
nearest tree trunk. What Lauriam didn't expect, however, was to see
the same scene described by the plants to play out as if Lauriam
was there. Blinking, worry began to build up again and the Earth
dragon set out to try and find who Lauriam recognized as Mai.
Running through the land, Lauriam occasionally glanced upwards,
trying to see if Mai was in sight. A large blackish shape tumbling
from the sky made Lauriam groan. That was probably her, right?
Skidding to a stop where Lauriam supposed Mai would land, the
dragon stretched upwards to hopefully help take some of the falling
momentum Mai had and cushion her fall
Alex scanned the area for Drake. There was no sign other than a
couple of claw prints that could belong to any dragon. As he was
thinking, he saw a large... thing fly into the clouds. He looked
where the thing came from. He didn't see anything, so he looked to
see where it had landed. He saw a large shape fall from the sky. He
couldn't tell if it was the projectile, he was too far away. Before
it landed, everything burst into flames around him, a massive
forest fire, returning to normal in a couple of seconds. No heat,
just blipped in and out of existence.
Mai was unconscious for almost 2 days. There was a massive mark
where the object hit her, and small surges spreading outward like
she was hit by lightning. But she wasn’t, she was hit with an
object, not energy. She knew that much. While she was out, she
seemed to be in this other world. Reliving her life, but it was
better. No deaths, no voices, no secrets.
(I’m going to cool down because I feel like I’m doing too much in
the RP)
Drake had been causing numerous fires
He loved destruction and seeing everyone panicking
He would laugh when others started panicking because of his
destructive magma rocks
"These dragons clearly can't even defend them selves"
He smirked flying all the way up a volcano and dropping into it
The lava never hurt him due to the type of Dragon he was
He loved the feeling of the lava on his scales it was like a warm
Jacuzzi (even tho dragons don't have Jacuzzis xD)
"Ah such a relaxing feeling man.. I love these kind of days where I
can cause as much havoc as I want and nobody can tell me Other
wise"
He smirked then laughed relaxing in the lava Jacuzzi
Estari: Not Drake.. But I am the Light Dragon, maybe I can help!
*Flies over to the panicking dragons, Using her Light Breath to
calm them, leading them towards a safe cave*
Rising from the lake, Albafica took one look at the destruction
around him and silently wept. Was this what happens to those who
come close to him? No, I can think like that, Albafica thought
firmly, steeling his resolve. Launching himself into the air,
Albafica's wings churned up rain clouds that sparked and rumbled
over the place the dragon's resided. Although the clouds stayed
clear of the volcanic mountain, the stormy grey clouds promised
rain to come. With a loud roar, the heavens opened up and rain
began to pour down in time with Albafica's tears, slowly but surely
putting out the flames. Curled amongst the clouds, the tempest
dragon watched as the place he called home was slowly drenched in
rainwater
Weaving through trees and plants, Lauriam winced as the screaming
of plants filled every nook and cranny. The fires were not only
destructive, they were damn hard to put out as well. Coming across
one of Drake's magma rocks, the earth dragon gnashed shape teeth
together. "Drake." Lauriam snarled, head whipping towards the
volcano. They'd deal with the troublesome lava dragon later,
Lauriam vowed returning to the laborious job of soothing the plants
and putting out fires. Hearing Albafica's cry and the sudden
onslaught of rain, Lauriam sighed in relief now knowing that it
would be easier to contain the fires with Albafica's help
"I'm no help with this. With rains, storms brew. With storms, I
grow more stronger. The storms however, only grow stronger. Forgive
me, I'm holding the thunder back so no more fires can be spread."
She says and walks away
“I know I said you were an angel... But you're more than
that. You've come down upon this battlefield... as an Angel of
Death" ~Bungo Stray Dogs
Lupis watched as the fires were put out by albafica
He sighed and growled
"Drake..."
Growling even louder he flew to the volcano were drake was
Lupis turned invisible and went to attack drake
Drake was relaxing until suddenly he felt something hitting his
head
"Ah.. W- WHO DID THAT?!?!?"
He roared loudly his roar echoing in the sky
Looking around
Hearing the loud roar, Albafica flinched away as if Drake somehow
knew that he was the one responsible for the rain. He wasn't sure
himself how he even caused these clouds to form but it was
unexpectedly useful. Maybe he was good for something, he thought
with a small bit of pride growing in him. With Chio's help
restraining and redirecting the lightning to safer places, the
storm caused little to no extra fires although some small embers
did break out. For those anomalies, the rain was enough to put them
out. Smiling softly at what he was able to help do, Albafica simply
watched over the area
Mai was the last one to make it to safety, considering she was
unconscious, but she was pulled to safety by other dragons. The
chaos was so loud, she could hear it faintly in her “dream” She was
speaking to one of her friends that was on the star when she heard
it. Her friend stopped mid-sentence and had a different tone to his
voice. “Mai! Mai wake up! Help!” Then he continued talking like it
never happened. “Screaming, wake up, that’s gotta mean something.
What’s going on?” She thought to herself. She tried waking up, she
even tried the weird astral stuff, but she couldn’t. She was
trapped in her “perfect” dream. It wasn’t a dream anymore, it was a
nightmare.
Mia went to sleep (in her dream) after a long day, she fully
relived her life in perfection, but she lived half of it knowing
she was need out there. But she was trapped in her own dream. She
woke up, still thinking she was in the dream, but she saw she was
inside a cave. She was the only one there. She looked around and
saw the damage of a fire all around her. She felt guilty not being
able to help. She felt some pain on her chest, so she looked down
and saw a big circle shaped mark with weird surges spreading
outwards. “What happened?” Then she remembered she was hit by
something. She dream felt like a long time, but it was only 2 days.
Once most of the fires had been largely quelled, Lauriam looped
back to where most of the dragon's had taken refuge and poked a
head in. "Mia." Lauriam greeted, surprised to see her awake. "I see
you're up and about again. How are you feeling?" Crawling in
further so that it wasn't uncomfortable for the both of them to
talk, Lauriam took a seat by Mia making sure that the horns that
adorned the dragon's head wouldn't accidentally hit the cavern
roof. The flowers on said horn glowed slightly, providing a bit of
extra light
“I guess I’m fine.” She said, she didn’t want to mention the
“dream” she had. “I heard screaming and someone calling for me... I
couldn’t wake up though. I was trapped” She said. “Is everything
ok? The screaming concerns me...”
"Well... Physically I believe everyone is alright." Lauriam smile
was a bit strained but nonetheless reassuring. "Drake, I'm sure you
remember him as the troublemaker, has kindly set fire to most of
the forest. With Chio and Albafica's help, we have it mostly
contained." It was odd reporting in so stiffly and factually.
Lauriam usually was someone who spoke what their opinion without
care of tact but now, Lauriam found that picking words carefully
came as almost second nature. "It is odd though. The only screaming
I could hear were those of the plants."
