Lion resurfaced and blinked, he rubbed water off his face and looked around.

Kibo blinked, and nudged Toka slightly. "They're both doing awful. While we never see Soren, Frost keeps threatening Tiger, and calling him a coward. Then he goes ahead and compares Tiger to Matt and says he's not a worthy of being Johto's guardian." He sighed.
Tiger looked up from his laptop, and blinked as he listened into the conversation. He flinched as he remembered the day he had gone to save Theo from the water.

Toka growled. "Why can't that loser just admit that he's lost?" She sighed. "Tiger's doing a great job at Guardian."

Kibo nodded in agreement, and sighed. "I know he is, Lugia and Ho-Oh both think he's doing a much better job than Matt, but Tiger always seems to think Matt was better than him." He said in defeat. "He hates the guardian title still." He said quietly.

"We just need to convince him that he's doing better. But how? I'd suggest simply getting rid of the title, but Guardians are apparently destined at birth to become one. Some weird prophesy thing," Toka grumbled. "I just wish that he could see that he's good at it."

Theo glanced at Tiger and nodded slowly before looking at the others. "O-okay I'll go." He said still in a frightened tone.
~*~*~
Kibo looked thoughtful and tapped a claw to his chin. "Maybe we can try and get him to talk to Matt? I mean I know that the guy is dead, but we've managed to get in contact with Max, and they've seen a murderous Sandslash ghost, so why not try and summon a human?" He suggested carefully.

Toka blinked. "Yeah! That's a great idea!" She cheered. "We could get a few ghost pokemon to help, too."

"Oooh," Toffee blinked again, surprisingly saddened by that. That was one way to ruin the ocean for someone, she supposed. She perked up slightly, beating her wings confidently. "That's right! We won't let you drown! I'm the best sister! And I have wings!"
Frowning, Riu watched the three smaller Pokémon as he tapped his arm thoughtfully. "Gee, I wish my siblings were that nice to me."
Without missing a beat, Mel didn't move her eyes from the book in front of her. "You're an orphan."
"I meant my adopted siblings. Like you. And Lexi. And Sam. And Aki."
"I'm plenty nice to you! You're still alive, that's gives me bonus points, right?!"
".. No?"
Lexi rolled her eyes, while Aki reached out to snatch a berry from Mel's backpack.
Theo nodded and looked at Watt and Toffee before returning Watt's hug. "Yeah. It'll be alright." He said gently, and blinked. "You guys are the best siblings ever." He said cheerfully and went towards the water skittishly.

Kibo nodded, and smiled before pausing. "Where can one find ghosts in Hoenn?" He asked curiously.
(But on another note ouiji boards in the pokemon universe must be the most horrifying thing)
(It's like jumanji but instead of animals there are ghost pokemon and ghost humans that haunt you)
"And I can shock any fish pokemon that come too close! This is a great plan!" Watt added, twitching his ear as he followed.
"That would shock the entire--"
"Let the Pikachu dream, Amana," Aite shushed him with one paw.

"We'll have to borrow someone's dex. I don't know Hoenn at all," Toka admitted with a shrug. "But there must be some sort of haunted building or graveyard we could go to, right?"

Theo nodded and laughed slightly at in an uneasy manner. He glanced at Watt and Toffee. "Let's go then." He squeaked out.
~*~*~
Kibo nodded, and stretched. "Yeah, we'll just need to convince Tiger and the others to go there." He said cheerfully.
Watt nodded and ran into the shallow edge of the water. "Just dip your paws--er, in your case, HOOVES--in first." He suggested, splashing slightly.

"...OR convince the ghost to go to THEM. I feel like that'd be easier." Toka pointed out.

"Sounds good to me. A water type who we can't eat, perhaps?" Toka joked.
