Agathe smiled slightly and pulled herself closer to Sasha. "Thank
you..." She then let go and stood up carefully so she didn't butt
heads with her. "Let's forget about the depressing and move on."
She was saying that more for her benefit than Sasha's. "So, now
that we have a fort, what shall we do?"
Sasha laughed, picking up a spare pillow. "We could have a pillow
fight. I can close my eyes and use my senses as well. I tend to use
them when needed but could use practice."
"A pillow fight? Oh that sounds fun!" Agathe giggled as she picked
up one of the spare pillows. "Well, it's up to you if you want to
close your eyes. I can hear where you are pretty well since the
fabric under you moves when you do."
"I've got heightened hearing and smell. Unless I get really
emotional. So I would like to close my eyes. Work on gdtting better
at it just in case I need them," Sasha said, closing her eyes to
creep forward.
Agathe didn't reply as she heard the fabric begin to shift. She
carefully stepped forwards, keeping her body low, and then waited.
Crouched low, she waited. Once the fabric sound got closer she
swung the pillow low, so as to not hit Sasha in the face, in the
direction that she'd heard the sound.
Sasha wiggled mostly out of the way while swinging her pillow out
in the off chance she could hit Agathe. She laughed, dancing and
darting this way and that in an attempt to avoid any swings.
Agathe heard the pillow coming, but couldn't quite dodge it all the
way and it wiffed her hair. She grinned as she heard the laughing
and that gave her a perfect shot to swing her pillow again.
Sasha let out a puff of air, still laughing as the pillow hit her
on the shoulder. She aimed for Agathe's hip, landing a quick touch
there before hitting her arm.
Sasha screamed in delight, laughing harder as she tried to land a
blow to Agathe's leg. She listened to the twist and turn in the
fabric as well. Her sense of smell guided her aim.
Agathe was moving as the pillow came in and she was off balance to
begin with, so the pillow knocked her over, and she started
laughing now as well. She tossed her pillow at Sasha, aiming low to
hit her in the torso.
"I knocked you down, didn't I! Oh no! You okay?" Sasha rushed to
ask, right before the pillow crashed into her torso. She let out a
puff of air, surprised, before roaring with laughter. "Uh oh. Now
you are pillowless!" A smirk stole over her features and she moved
forward, a pillow in each hand.
Agathe knew she'd given up her weapon, but also knew that if she
remained laying down, curled up, and breathing softly, Sasha would
have a challenge locating her. She readied herself to roll out of
the way should a pillow be headed towards her. However, she hadn't
considered the situation should Sasha attempt anything else.
Sasha used her hearing first, standing still. When that didn't
work, she began to smell, her snakes tasting the air in an attempt
to gather information as well. Her own forked tongue was testing
the air. Moving slowly, she slithered over the pillows. She tossed
a pillow in one direction while heading towards where she thought
Agathe was. In a flash, she lunged, swiping with the pillow to hit
where she thought Agathe's legs where.
Sasha gasped, not expecting to have an Agathe under her. She sort
of rolled, moving herself in an opposite direction so that when she
lost her balance, she landed on her side, tail lumped over Agathe's
feet. That section of her tail was not particularly heavy. It felt
sort of like Agathe had the weight of a couple legs sprawled over
her feet. "I'm sorry," Sasha giggled, rolling completely off of
Agathe and onto her back. "That totally backfired on me."
Agathe let out an 'oof' as she impacted Sasha, but started laughing
as Sasha apologized. "That was great!" She wasn't upset about being
landed on at all. "Could we have another pillow fight at some
point?" She wondered what they would do now. She was a bit tired.
It had been a long day, however, she was not ready to sleep.
"Of course we can!! I think we'll have a ton of fun with it!" Sasha
laughed, grinning. She opened her eyes, settling into the pillows.
"What do you want to do now?"
"That'd be nice," Agathe sat up as she thought about what to do
next. "I'm not really sleepy, but I'm not ready for bed yet. If
you're tired then we can sleep, but if not," She paused as she
thought. "Do you think I could feel your scales again? They were
almost, calming..." She blushed and chuckled as she shook her head.
"That probably sounded a little weird... Okay, a lot weird..."
