Nat's smile was just a wide open maw grin as she nodded, a little bit more in control this time. She turned into a half a gecko so she was about the size of a small dog. "Do you think he'll meet up with us today?"

A megalodon? Isn't that a prehistoric shark? Angel shuddered and snuggled into him. Pain is temporary... I don't like the phrase that it's weakness leaving the body, but it is temporary, and will eventually end. As long as Alex is around, then I'll always have someone worthy of my pains.

"I hope so...he said he was, right?" Danny asked, still petting Nat's back.

Prehistoric? Oh, no. There are a couple left. They manage to keep going. But they are smart suckers who manage to stay away from humans. Same with the kracken. Trust me, you do not want to meet either in the open sea. A tight cavern? Yeah, I will happily poke and prod one from the safety of a tight cavern, Sebastian chuckled, kissing her. For the most part they are like bears. Or bees. Don't bother them and they will leave you alone. You are too small a meal. And yeah, I would be happy to have him to get all of that pain.

"I think he was... I don't remember now though..." Nat was leaning up into his patting, and as a half human, it looked a little funny.

Angel blinked a couple times as she looked up at him. Wait, they're not dead? Remind me to stick very close to you if we ever go near where they are... She smiled and giggled knowing that she'd be staying close to him anyways. I mean, he'd be the perfect candidate after what he's done to everyone of our family. He has earned himself some beef with each and everyone in our family... With the exception of Greg.

I'll keep you safe. And yes, he is the perfect candidate. The only question is who is going at him first? Sebastian agreed, tracing absent shapes over her skin. Shall we get up and begin the day?

"This planet or everything that's happening?" Nat sat down and curled her tail around and into her lap so she could hold it. "The planet is amazing, sorta like Earth but different in it's own way. As for everything that's happening... I think it's all for the best. So far everything is moving towards a happy ending... You haven't had any bad visions right?"

I'm patient, so I don't mind waiting my turn. Angel hummed softly and let her eyes slide closed. Do we have to get up? We can't just lay here in each others' arms forever?

"No visions at all. Not for a while now. Pretty quite and I think that is a good thing. It is mostly major events that happen....that might just mean it will be a while before we deal with Alex, I guess," Danny mused. "I think things will be okay though."

Sebastian smiled, kissing the top of her head. Go ahead and sleep, angel. I will watch over us. Probably sleep some more myself. But I have you. If you need me, call on me. This link? Just tug. I will come running to get you.

"Things will be okay." Nat kept her half shift, but used a bigger species of lizard so she could hug him effectively. "I'll make sure of it."

The group, once up and awake decided to set off for earth later that day. They waited for Greg, who was going to be staying with Billy and Teddy during his visit. Once back, Danny and Nat set off for the lake. Danny grinned, barely containing his excitement for their impromptu skydiving afternoon.

Nat giggled and landed at the lake so that they could set stuff down, like their phones, and make sure they were ready. "Just wanted to stretch a little just to make sure nothing happens," She limbered up her wings and back, then her arms, neck, legs, and tail. "You ready?"

Nat scooped him up and took off into the skies above them. "How high should we go?!" She called out over the rushing wind as they approached the clouds.

"As high as we can both breath comfortably!" Danny shouted back, hanging on to Nat tightly as he laughed up a storm. Hugging her, he watched the ground disappear beneath them.

"You got it!" Nat took them up above the clouds and they floated there for a brief second before they began to fall. "Woo!" She shouted as she folded her wings up.

"I can! Either way works!" Danny replied, grinning. He had no idea of what was to come. No idea that Alex had set a trap for him and Nat. An ambush was set for the duo as soon as they set off for home.

After several more jumps, Nat got them to the ground and half shifted into a dragon so she could carry Danny back. "Are you ready to head back?" Once he climbed on, she took off back towards home.

Danny recanted the highlights of their afternoon, grinning as he held onto Nat and watched the sky wistfully. He jerked back to the lresent though when sirens broke the peace. Police jumped out of the trees, demanding Nat stop and let the boy go, in their words. Danny shook his head, calling out that Nat was fine, that he was safe. That was until he heard their voices.

"Kit! Come down here," his father called in demanding tones. "Your mother and I have been worried sick! Running off like that...come here!" "Listen to your father, Kit. It's time to go home."

"No...no, I won't," Danny whispered, clinging to Nat as he tried to teleport them out of there. No such luck. Alex, standing next to his parents gave Danny a smile, whispering something into the boys mind to make the teen begin to shake.
