"Wow, that's so nice of you!" Clapping her paws together, she almost forgot about the pancakes. But they did smell rather nice, so her attention was redirected rather quickly. "Oh, uhm, these are ready. And the things are set there... Time to dig in, sir!"

"Thank you for making these. You are a very kind person, I'm ready to start whenever you are!" Bane said happily.

"Hm? Oh you wanted me to eat with you?" The Mienfoo was surprised to hear this, and gently shook her head as she smiled. "This is all for you sir! I'm afraid I'm rather full from dinner."

"Ok, then!" Bane said happily, as he plated the pancakes and poured a bit of maple syrup on.
Then he started eating the pancakes. He enjoyed this Yin charcter almost as much as he likes going through walls.

The Mienfoo stood as she watched him eat, keeping her friendly smile. It was probably after he had finished the first pancake that she cleared her throat, "Uhm..."

It was then that she began to blush a little: she hadn't thought of anything to talk about with the Banette. And it seemed kind of rude to talk to someone while they were eating too, so she went about cleaning the frying pan and other assorted instruments. She'd have to do it eventually, so why not now?

He…wasn't answering his questions directly…whatever I guess. This probably won't go that far, will it? He doesn't really have anything to say anyways... "Thanks? so, uh, bye I guess?"

Bane finished the pancakes, "That was a delectable meal!" He said, getting a napkin and wiping off his mouth, "I do believe that I'm ready for bed, thank you for helping me prepare!" Bane said, going through the nearest walls that lead to his room, as he levitated on his bed, he fell asleep, only to be disturbed by him slamming into the celing above his bed, "Bloody h*ll, that truly hurt!" He exclaimed.

"I will see you in the morning, then, at breakfast?" This was the first time that Yang offered a toothy grin to the Druddigon. "I do believe waffles is scheduled in the menu and we have some fresh berries for the side as well."

"You will be joining us, won't you?"

"No problem sir!" Yin bobbed her head in several nods to him, "We're here to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. Have a good rest!"

Title: Arc 2 [Info]

Arc 2: Descent into Darkness
(Arc 1)

After a night's rest (more or less, while time passed, the 'light' coming from the outside through the windows stayed where it was), you wake and find yourself still (un)fortunately still in the mansion. At the very least, it would appear that you've your own personal quarters, for however long that may last.

Upon heading down two flights of stairs, there is that wonderful smell of the Mienfoos' cooking. Yin and Yang do quite the job, and upon entering the parlour from last night, where the Master and Mistress were waiting: breakfast appeared to be served. Golden waffles fried to a fluffy texture, various toppings made with fresh berries and whip cream stood in bowls nearby--and if that was not enough to whet the appetite, there were: berries themselves, berry smoothies, juices; sunny-side-up eggs, boiled eggs; crispy bacon, slices of ham; bagels, toasted and un-toasted; and last but not least, sugary cereal.

It looked like they've thought of everything here, to make things more comfortable for their guests. Something like a hotel even.

Again, there were protests by the butler that it would be best if you and your rag-tag adventuring team to stay. Surely the labyrinth would be too much for you...?

The decision, then, is all yours.

Labyrinth exploring:

For the most part, there will be four directions in which our heroes(?) can travel in: Forward, Left, Backward, or Right. The Labyrinth is made up of several rooms and hallways, which (for the sake of ease) are measured in 20x20 feet square-areas. You do not have to travel as a group! (Though, it may be more dangerous if you didn't. Who knows for sure?)

Once you have flashlights in your possession, however, you will be able to see further than the 20x20 square. Well, once you've found those anyway. Yang can replace their batteries if you find any!

Battle:

There will be some feral Pokémon in the Labyrinth. To engage them, use the [Fight] tag. To flee, use [Run away]. Sometimes these ferals will announce their presence by making threatening noises, or ambush your character. Sometimes they will run away from you. It's a coin-toss really.

Presumably, to defend yourselves (or outright attack) these ferals: your characters have their Pokémon moves. Bulbapaedia.net is the resource being used, and every move has an "Accuracy" number attached to it (most of the time). Using random.org to pick a number between 1 and 100, you (the RPer) will announce that number in the OOC brackets (()) or [[]], to determine if the move was successful.

As a reminder against god-modding: even if the move has a 100% accuracy rating, do not assume how the feral (or other characters) will react to the move. You may describe the move in detail, but not how the target screams/howls in pain from it. There is a difference!

Cell won't lie: he stuffed himself silly for breakfast. Though it didn't stop him from sneering after he wiped his jaw at the end of the meal. He hated using masks consecutively, but it couldn't be helped. He wasn't about to ask the Mienfoos if they had some Lucario-fitted masks in their mansion--mostly because he didn't want their handouts (just their food), and he highly doubted that they'd have such things lying around anyway.

"Look, if anything bad happens, I'm sure one of us will yell." Or get snuffed out. Either way, this was probably going to be a noisy exploration. Crossing his arms above his chest-spike, he went over the stuff they'd be bringing. He had half a bucket-full of those berries, they seemed the easiest to carry. But what else were they going to need...eh, they'll probably be fine.

He made his way towards the foyer door that led down to the Labyrinth.

"Hmm? Yeah sure" he said before going to his room…

Napoleon yawned, he was still sleepy from trying to read the book, of which he left on a desk next to his bed. He asked one of the mienfoos if they had any coffee around, he definitely isn't going to fight when he's still half asleep. Wolfing down his food definitely didn't help in his sleep deprivation, but he couldn't help it they make their food so damn good. The lucario was already going down huh…he'll follow him once he gets something to wake him up

It smelled delicious.. Kya had woken up by the smell of food, he yawned and got out of bed. It hadn't been such a good night, he had heard how the other "guests" talked and he could swear he hear someone hitting the ceiling

The Umbreon went down towards the place where all the sound was coming from, there was a huge table filled with all the food a pokemon could ask for.
Kya ate some waffles and a berry smoothie while trying to ignore the mistress and master, who where also on the parlour. After some time he saw the Lucario leaving. So Kya stood up and followed him just to find himself at the entrance of the labyrinth.

"What's the plan? We just go down and see what happens? "
Hope fully Cell had thought of something better than that.

Bane had woken up, he had already drifted halfway through the floor, "Bloody hell, now how do I get myself down, or up, in this case, I'm so close to the food! I can already feel my mouth watering... Wait! I don't have nerves! Or a mouth!" Bane stretched, "Oww! That hurts! Yin?! Whoever else is here?! I'm kinda stuck!" Bane shouted.

Upon receiving the request for coffee, Yang hurried off to find some ground coffee beans. The drink had slipped his mind, between running out of coffee filters and needing some creativity in replacing the item. It shouldn't take longer than half an hour for a cup of coffee. And an hour if Napoleon wanted a perfectly brewed cup of coffee (or make-shift brew, as the likelier case is to be).

Having heard the shouts, Yin made her way back to the residential rooms for the guests. "Hallo? Ghost-sir? Were you shouting?" She tried to follow the sound of where the shouts for help were coming from. Besides, her partner Yang was more than capable of dealing with anyone at the breakfast table. He rather did like being in the kitchen, for whatever reason.

"Pretty much." Cell admitted, not even turning to address the Umbreon. ... Crud he already forgot the other's name again. Whatever. It started with a...K? J? Maybe it was K... "You got everything you wanna bring, K?"

"Look up. I'm stuck." Bane said, waving. 'I just drifted through the floor."

Entering Bane's room, she gasped at his predicament. "Oh dear! Uhm..." The Mienfoo looked at him, then around him, then circled him. Yin hadn't the faintest clue what to do to help the Banette, and crossed her arms. "Uhm...Should I push you down or pull you up, sir?" Neither seemed like a good idea, but she didn't have anything better in mind either.

Bane tried to look at Yin. However, it was hard to because his head was at the bottom, "Maybe pull me up? I don't know, this hasn't ever happened to me."

As she was about to do that, a thought occurred to Yin. "Would that work? I mean, if I pull you up, that means you're solid. But if you're solid, how are you stuck in-between the floor and ceiling like that?"

"Does this happen to all ghost-types, sir?"

"I'm solid, but I drift through walls and floors, it's very odd, and this is a side effect, back in the day, when I was just a doll, my energy went right through the building where I was born as a Banette, all energy can do that, only mine is very strong and allows me to go through walls, and yes, it's a common phenomenon with ghost types, it's rather painful to get in and out of, but it has to be done, I'm a solid and a gas, it's very hard to explain." Bane said.
