You can't access Royal Tunnel through Trainerlevel 12, it can be accessed through Trainerlevel 15. ;3

side note: I currently have 17 out of 20, I currently need 3 more to get the special prize, it's pretty hard to get these Easter eggs like last years event but I'll try my best this year.

Good luck finding the Easter eggs everyone~ ^^

@Foreveralone - No, the PokéHeroes Wiki (and Facebook) are free of any Easter Eggs. They can only be found on actual PH-pages.
