Usually, I get both parts of the new Pokemon games. But I'm not so sure I want to this time. The "moon" legendary puts me of slightly. I really want the grass starter (for me, it makes up for chespin)

Honestly I really hate the 3ds graphics of Gen VI and OR/AS, it kinda looks shoddy to me (idk if I'm the only one)
But a Pokemon game is a Pokemon game, and graphics aren't everything! I just hope it won't have as much railroading ( the game forcing you to continue the plot instead of going off by yourself) as Gen V and VI had.

I really hope that Popillo doesn't get more hate as time goes on. I truly love it and Litten, and I'd happily choose them both. As for Rowlet...uh no thanks.

Which starter will you guys be choosing?
man i need to restructure this thing. come back later when it's all dolled up

I posted here before with my ideas for the starters, and now I'll compare them with the actual starters....

Personally I'd choose Litten or Poppilo. Litten seems quite cool, being a Fire-Dark (I think) and Poppilo is just too cute! I like Rowlet a little, since I like grass and flying quite a lot, but it can't be considered my favorite...

Litten and Popplio are super cute, but im confused if the leaks are true. Fire/Ground for Litten? Water/Fighting for Popplio?! Wait. That Fighting thing is pretty cool. Anyway, i know that i will be Team Popplio. Even if it gets a terrible evo. I will also go for Litten if i get both games which i usally do. Just wait to see the wrestler sea lion. You will regret everything.

Well the leak actually points to litten being pure fire, Rowlet being grass/ground and Popplio being water/fight. I'll explain my point better in the spoilers...

The leak comes from Pokemon Sun/Moon's Japanese website, which has icons of the types of the starter Pokemon coded in, much like our PH Pokemon Sprite codes, which are numbered up. The current icons displayed are in such order..

The codes of types 1 and 2 are thus, grass and flying, the current typing so of Rowlet. Now comes the twist...

This type stands for 'fire'.Surprise surprise! Why did it skip number 3? Now I'll proceed on to Popplio, which is no. 5

Now, let's arrange them..
1. Grass
2. Flying
3. Ground
4. Fire
5. Water
6. Fighting

These codes might actually reflect the final typing, as the leaks say. Now everyone might think that Rowlet will be the same , Litten will gain Ground and Popplio will gain Fight. But why does ground appear before fire? As leaks say, it is because Rowlet will drop Flying and take up Ground type and thus number 3. Litten will remain pure fire and Popplio will be Water/fight.


I guess I'll like a pure fire Litten. I'm not sure about a burrowing owl. It'll be interesting to see what Popplio becomes.

I am mostly hyped for the new Pokedex xD
But honestly, everything I have seen so far looks amazing.
I would decide for Lunala because it looks amazing and for the starter... Team Litten :3

Of course i will get pokemon sun and Popplio,cause there are only 2 Lion and Seal Pokemons.Also popplio can counter rowlet with Ice beam that might one-hit rowlet.

Well, according to the even more recent confirmed leaks from Corocoro, this list is wrong due to some missing pokemon, such as Bewear's First line of evolution which I can't spell :1

I'm honestly not excited for these games at all.
It really really disinterests me for some reason.

I'm downloading the demo tonight and if I like the demo for some odd reason, I'm probably gonna buy Sun.

From recent spoilers though, I don't want to choose Litten as my starter anymore...

I cannot wait. I was going to get Sun, but I'm leaning towards Moon. I'm really hoping Lunala isn't shiny locked, that shiny is gorgeous! I love what seems to be alterations to the HM mechanics too, but I won't go into it unless anyone asks because spoilers.
